A PIMN Models Start Up Requrement List

First off...if you see any differences in new blog posts about anything from prior requirements, always go with the newest update.

This means it's changed from what it was to newest update. 

For example, you saw in an earlier post that tattoos aren't acceptable but then you see in a newer post that they are, long as they are covered with clothing or makeup or not seen in some way.

That means go with the latest update of changes. 

2ndly, some blog posts are long, if you find yourself skipping or pausing because of the length, don't skip around. Take a break where you are at.

Remember where you stopped as if book marking a spot and come back to it a bit later. Continue until you've read each blog post in full. Try not to browse other posts until you read in full the last one you were on. 

Highly passionate models realize that being good means studying, learning, applying. The smartest of Pimn models that lastest the longest were excellent readers.

They read what they were given and didn't get lazy. Didn't complain how long the info was they needed to read. Read it all soon as possible. 

Complainer women with negative attitudes will never make it in this modeling course from home. 

Some requirements are negotiable, some are not. For example, you aren't independent and live with or married to a male.

Yet, they are fully willing to support your training at home 100% without issues, then you may still qualify. 

They will need to sign a statement on your modeling agreement to this fact. As well as submit an audio statement with their name.

Another may be you had a felony, but it was more than 5 yrs ago and you have had no further criminally related issues... and you are currently fully clean in that respect. 

Tattoo acceptance is if while shooting video or photos, they are not visible, regardless how many you have.

Hair coloring is non negotiable. Natural colored hair only. This will not change. Natural red hair is acceptable. 

Sorry, PIMN does not do Gothic styles. 

Pimn models also grow hair out. Why?

This is required to allow for more variety of hair styles and for being noticed more. The longer your hair, the more you'll be noticed. 

So, if there is an issue with you growing hair very long, then you will be unable to create a hair style portfolio in your training with Pimn which is required of all models.

Hairstyle training and portfolio is not doable with shorter hair styles. However, you can and will be adding realistic only wigs for hair color changes. As able to afford. This too gives the model more variety of styles of hair. 

Can't accept you if unwilling to grow hair out. Can't accept you if unwilling to go natural hair color.

Can't accept you if unwilling to cover tats with makeup or clothing. Can't accept you if your male significant other is unwilling to support your home model training. 

So what's next?

Prepare for your initial consultation and video meeting. Keeping in mind that Pimn is literally about 75% video and that does mean you, the model, not your trainer. 

Trainers and managers only do video return or live video chat if they desire to do so. Some do, some don't. So, do not ask for yours to do so unless offered. 

Why not the trainer on video too? 

Because they don't need to be. You're the model, you're the one needing to overcome any video shyness.

YOU are the one whose image is going to be noticed. YOU are the one whose video modeling will be seen. 

So, you'll be scheduling this initial meeting in a quiet, distraction free location. By this, we don't mean a coffee shop with noises in the background for your first virtual meeting. 

An introduction video or audition is not a virtual meeting, it's an introduction of yourself and an audition. Nothing more. 

Preferably at home when only you are seen and heard and you'll need at least an hour. 

What do I wear? How do I need to look for that? 

You may wear your best look, best hair, best makeup. Consider this your signing interview so it needs to not be with messy hair, half asleep, lounge around sweats.

What would you wear to a corporate job interview? Wear that. Do hair and makeup. You don't need to spend hours and hours doing so. But look casual business. 

FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS, KEEP A JOURNAL OF IMPORTANT NOTES TO REMEMBER. 

You're out to set a good first impression. You'll be answering on video. 

Have any further questions ready to record onto video. We don't do things like everyone else. This is virtual.

So, have your list of any further questions but submit this digital list to your TMM soon as you start getting ready for your meeting. This gives your TMM time to review your questions. 

However, any answers to questions you get from your TMM are to be answered on video response. 

How do I film it? 

Be sitting down, cell phone stationary, hands free. Don't do it this way....you're gonna get tired holding your phone and your TMM doesn't need to get all dizzy trying to watch a shaky camera.  She may look great but she's not doing her initial interview right. 

You may use your cell or laptop. Laptops may be easier, long as you have a camera and sound device.

Long as you can pre record and send it back to your TMM. These will typically be short answer videos. 

It starts with an initial greeting. "Hello Sir, hope your day is well, I'm ready for my initial video consultation. Thank you for accepting my video audition and passing me for this offer."

That would be an example of a great initial video greeting for your first video meeting. 

Each answer includes polite etiquette to the best of your ability.

If you feel uncomfortable using professional etiquette to communiicate, we recommend you practice it either on your own or with a partner, friend, etc doing a test run. 

Respectful demeanor is top of the list always with Pimn model training. No exceptions to that rule.

If you have a hard time with being polite, respectful communication....keep practicing it until it feels more natural.

For some women, they are not use to it and it takes some breaking down of mental blocks. Because they were never raised or taught this way.

Because their influences laugh at such a thought because they weren't either.

So, they remain unprofessional and no manners out of their friends group who think it's ridiculous or weird. It has a lot to do with the society and culture grown up in. 

Yet, regardless of culture, it's the most professional. Regardless what friends think, it's the most professional.

Pimn may not come from your culture. Its etiquette of communication is based off standard business professional methods.

Once again, we don't change it to fit any model"s personal taste or dislike. If she doesn't like this method, she doesn't have to audition. 

It is extremely important to "maintaining" this form of communication in Pimn model training. 

Next, know your wardrobe and do a written inventory of it. If you can take photos of these on or off...including shoes and boots, sandles, etc and any hates, bathing suits, lingerie if you plan to do these styles.

Nobody will be trying to make you do any style you don't feel fully comfortable with. 

Your trainer has alreasy worked with many model types in almost all styles. 

In person, your TMM has done every style of photo and video shoots and has assisted models both in person and via videos virtually.

Having great video reels will be essential in being more comfortable in front of a camera where editing is more limited than photos.

You'll start as soon as possible on fitness routine submissions to hold you to your routine that requires informing your trainer with video.

This is when you started and stopped and in fitness attire. It is Pimn's way to keep you on your path to creating your best version of you. 

Stop listening to the feel good lies that you don't need fitness to be your best as a model. This is only appeasing female insecurities and emotions of women who don't want to put in the effort. 

The models that accept Pimn modeling happily embrace the fitness aspect because they are being fully authentic and honest to self.

There is in truth absolutely nothing wrong with getting physically fit. It is also part of Pimn standards for all models. 

You will surely thank Pimn when you start seeing your transformed self in the mirror if nobody ever helped motivate you before.  

insecure, immature women run from the above statements and cry and get hurt feelings. If that's you, you're not ready to handle Pimn. 

Mature, confident women embrace change and anything that will help them become their best version of self.

Their answers are totally different and sound like... "Yes Sir, I am anxious to get started! I'm ready for changes, it's why I'm here! I am ready to train in whatever is needed!"
