Virtual or personal training is available. Virtual is lowest rate and can be done with another female model.
For paid membership models, you'll receive a 50% discount.
Personal training rates vary. This depends on your location and number of sessions and if outside of Ft.Worth, Tx,
Model must pay for instructors travel and if distance requires an overnight stay, hotel lodging provided and meals.
Typically for out of city personal training in another city, this is for higher profile models that can afford this process.
Cost can range for travel, lodging and meals for instructor as much as $1000 a day unless model travels to instructor.
Then model pays for and provides her own travel expense, hotel and meals and training fees. If outdoors, less rate. If indoors, additional fees can apply.

Group model training sessions provided up to 40 women with a discount group package of 25% off. 2 up to 40 women.
IF more than 40 women, you'll need to set up separate events.
The instructor has trained seminars for metroplex apartment managers association.
Has trained 386 women.
86 personally trained women. Nurses, flight attendants, realtors, actresses, cover models, college women, etc

Most all models listed have had some level of training with the instructor in either modeling or self defense or both. Or acted in his feature films.
All women will start with basics in budo arts regardless of level.
RATES OF TRAINING?
Package training for groups of models, paid for as a whole by the one organizing training.
This can greatly cut down on individual expense to hire instructor as a model group defense instructor, combining their fees to provide payment for instructor.
10 models paying $100 each can combine fees to pay if in another city or state.
However, the entire rate could be more depending on cost of round trip airfare and lodging and meals for instructor to also earn his own training fees.
The more models, the less their fee. Allow an additional $250 for up to TWO - 2hr sessions per day.
Not more than 4 hrs.
Personal training allows for up to 8hrs training in a day.
WHAT OF STRETCHING OR FITNESS?
The instructor covers a set of fitness and flexibility training and is prior fit pro fitness trainer.
Every model must sign a liability release to understand the risks of training in martial arts self defense.
Group training can apply to pro cheerleader or women's business groups. College women's groups, etc
Women must meet fitness requirements since prior women over weight struggled with the training.
QUALIFICATION
You agree fully to : No felonies. No illegal drug users. No male viewers or participants or distractions within training area. No medical issues of participants.
Note: your company may pay for this for you. Ask if desired.
VIDEO REQUIRED TO QUALIFY?
Each lady needs to submit a video entry to introduce herself and the organizer. State she agrees to the requested requirements.
Instructor is 7th degree Ninjutsu. Do not invite family. Neighbors, other spectators.
Paid enrollment women ONLY means free pimn models or paid membership pimn models.
Either type pays self defense training rates. Paid pimn models get 50% off.
STANDARDS / RULES OF TRAINING?
If standards requested are not followed, instructor will not teach.
Area training must be filmed on separate video with a 360 degree view.
Hotel provided provide name and location. Transportation from airport is paid for by model or group to and from airport whether instructor is flying or model.
WHY NO MALES PRESENT AT TRAINING?
The instructor does not offer training with men watching, as they tend to interfere with teachings. Interrupting and delaying training.
Male ego drama the instructor isn't interested in. instructor reserves the right to leave. You'll lose your fees and training session. You fully understand this.
Any break of standards requested, instructor asks only once to resolve any issue before training.

WHEN IS TRAINING AVAILABLE?
Book ahead due to a waiting list by one to two weeks.
Payment is varo to varo or via PayPal. No credit cards. No cash or check or money orders. Nothing is sent to instructor. Or vice versa.
You'll be provided our 1-800 number to reach instructor directly once paid in full within 24hrs.
TRAVEL EXPENSE MUST BE ROUND TRIP PAID FOR BY AIR IF OUTSIDE OF DFW, TX.
Optional to come to Ft.Worth to instructor. If in Dallas, add a fuel fee and travel time of 30 to 45 min as well as if a group, provide studio or if personal training at home or park, yard, etc

PLANNING?
Must be planned at least one week in advance if coming to instructor. Two weeks in advance if instructor is going to you.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED?
Extra mats or pads if more than 2 women is a plus!
The instructor is not equipped to travel with enough gear more than for two women.
VIRTUAL TRAINING?
Any Virtual training at home is highly recommended with another female partner.
The focus is personal training for one model. The further the instructor has to travel and longer he has to stay, the more expense.
ADDED PHOTO, VIDEO SHOOTS?
If wanting a model photo shoot added, add $99 per two hours of photo shooting. Up to 8hrs. Style of modeling is at the discretion of the model.
Independent models only. Not married and no boyfriends. Self defense training is reserved for those women whom are more likely targets and this is typically single women. Especially models that may live alone.
The rest offered is an exception plus bonus offer for more than one on one with instructor.
Such as additional training or video, etc if a Pimn member, you'll receive discounted rates of 50% off. PHOTO & VIDEO shoots are extra unless a pimn paid model member.
Models must be ages 13+ under age 18 must have parent signature.
No refunds once instructor has purchased flight tickets.
MODEL TRAINING MANNERS?
If directions aren't followed by instructor during training, that model will be told to sit out and only watch or if rude and cannot be respectful to instructor. If in a group setting.
If personal training and model is not appearing to be coachable, she runs risk of losing her training session and her fees. And instructor leaving.
ETIQUETTE OF TRAINING STUDENTS
Be respectful and polite and all will work out fine. Sarcastic, rude or disrespectful models are not desired to be trained by the instructor.
This training is for those models that will value it. Following instructors lead on moves offered will provide smoothest training session.
SAFETY
For safety reasons, it's imperative models listen to guidance of instructor clearly and understand it and not deviate to add their own moves for safety reasons.
Either come to openly learn or do not submit a video to attend or request training. And let's have a great and safe training!
OTHER GROUPS?
Business women's groups are also accepted. Referral discounts are 10% off training rates.
MEDICAL ISSUES?
Models can not have any prior neck or back surgeries or on any prescription emotional medications for liability reasons. No known contageous diseases.
WHAT ABOUT TRAINING ATTIRE?
Hair is up in pony tail if long, no earrings, no sharp jewelry or rings that can cut skin, no necklaces, no gum, black aerobic single or two piece is fine, shorts or long with soft sole, light rubber tennis shoe.
Fingerless striking gloves, no vaping during sessions. Water bottle. Sweat headband is optional. No pets, kids, visitors in training area.
DOES INSTRUCTOR FLY OUTSIDE OF USA TO ANYONE TO TRAIN?
Not at this time. But if say a model lives in another foreign country and desires to come to instructor, that is possible if she has a passport.
EXPENSES OF TRAINING?
All models travel and expenses paid for by model plus training fees and potential studio fee. Up to 8 hr training available.
Allow an extra profit rate of 250 a day for instructor. Models still must qualify and submit video... as all other models receiving training.
VIDEO SUBMISSION TO QUALIFY?
Start with full body in any attire and then step up to upper body to state first and last name, age, height, weight and why you're interested in self protection training as a model?
State you agree you are height and weight proportionate and have no felonies or medical issues, no prior neck or back surgeries, are independent model and agree to requested standards by instructor to follow.

OPTIONS OTHER THAN HOTEL?
Approval can depend on location. A guest room that is lockable offer is acceptable if available to help you cut down on your rate vs hotel fees. Long as it has its own bathroom.
MEALS?
Meals for instructor must be ordered food or restaurant meal. If fast food, healthy food only. Paid for by model or organizer. No home cooked meals. Meals are not included into over all rate of hiring instructor.
IF I NEED INSTRUCTOR TO TRAINING ME PERSONALLY AT MY RESIDENCE?
If training at home residence, be sure all animals are secure and infant, children or teens, elderly, are not present to cause distractions.

WHAT STYLE IS THIS?
It's budo arts and is a mix of 18 arts. Archery possible. Not a sport or competitive art. It is a traditional Japanese style.
WHAT IF IVE TRAINED IN ANOTHER STYLE?
If advanced student in another art, this is not needed. This is for women with no or little training. Or unless you have experience and do not know budo arts but would like to.
HIGH PROFILE MODEL TRAINING?
The more the women, the less the cost. High profile models may desire private and personal residence training.
Both has already been done for cover models and actresses that lived alone AND that the instructor has done film and photo shoots for as well as model trained or managed.
WHY AS A WOMAN SHOULD I DO THIS?

Models are often the subject of stalkers and hackers and or intruders, attempted sexual assaults or more.
Home invasions, robberies, car jacking or worse, kidnappings. Don't ever think it can't ever happen to you.

Public figure model personal training fee alone is $997 a day plus expenses. No middle eastern countries. Dubai may be considered. No communist countries. Russia, Ukraine, China, N.Korea or Iran not accepted.
