**Outside Offers: PiMN as training network, manager and mentor.**

PiMN promotes publically every model with top brands, photographers, and clients seeking professional models for remote collaborations. What else?....

Safer and more economical for models! Especially if during any lockdowns. Do YOU have a work backup plan? Pimn models DO! 

But...it takes an effort to grow your tree. You can't expect a brand new tree to plant it and it become fully grown, producing fruit over night. It takes watering and growing it.

Nothing comes without effort, motivation, consistency and an ability to push yourself to meet goals. If you're looking for quick cash modeling gigs, Pimn is not for you. 

When models do PIMN's training program and demonstrate consistent quality work, they become eligible for these outside offers, including: 

1. **Remote photoshoots**: Clients book PIMN models for virtual photoshoots, paying competitive rates directly through PiMN. No need to travel to them. In fact, Pimn does not accept outside offers for models.

Why not? Too many scammers and traffickers, traps these days for models. But you can trust yourself and Pimn's supporting you virtually. Also, why travel, when Pimn models can do it all themselves at home! 

"I just started having to work more at my job, I wonder if I should quit my modeling, hmm I invested in a home studio, lights, tripod, even other things. Hmmm." 

Here's your options...

Pimn models get one chance to quit. If you're offered to return or accepted back and quit a 2nd time, sorry...door locks behind you. We will wish you the very best! DO NOT QUIT TWICE. 

LIFE HAPPENS AND THAT'S WHY WE OFFER ONE FREEBIE TO STOP. PAUSING IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN INFORMING YOU HAVE TO QUIT. 

Regardless how long trained in Pimn, basic, beginner, advanced, pro, whether you gave notice via txt, e-mail, video or in-person to the Pimn Director etc....these standards remain.

Pimn director will refuse re-entry if any model quits twice. As well, your established network must be distributed to other lead models as a bonus to their staying with us.

Quitting means you plan to stop helping other sponsored models YOU brought in. Someone has to help them. If not you, then who? 

Most companies would keep your network for 100% profits for them! Not Pimn. We still share a split % of who you left behind as a lead model to distribute your sponsorship network and any earnings under other models. 

You WILL LOSE ALL EARNINGS WORKED FOR. Yes, even if you pause your modeling status, you pause their monthly membership rates that goes to Pimn. 

So, DO keep that in mind! Yes, you worked to build it, but by leaving us or pausing your working with Pimn, your pay ceases. Which, is like ANY JOB. So, if you leave or pause work, your paycheck stops too, right? Same with Pimn models.

What about paid vacation leave?

Yes, you can retain your commissions and other royalties off magazines if not more than 30 days vacation and once a year only. More fair than most 9-5 jobs. 

WE WISH TO TREAT EVERY PIMN MODEL AS A MODEL, NOT JUST A NUMBER IN LINE. 

Pimn doesn't chase down or try to convince any model to return. She returns on her own choice, if that's her desire. 

The director may still check up on your new path to see how you are making out, but will no longer request ANY LEVEL model that she should return to Pimn... after she chose to quit once or twice.  Regardless of beauty, status or network established or years in Pimn. 

Regardless of reason leaving, if you quit once already...you have ( one key left to return. ). 

Let's move on to more benefits of Pimn...since we needed to touch on those minor points of what-ifs. 

LIKE ANY JOB...WHEN YOU WALK AWAY...YOUR BENEFITS STOP. If you come back in later for another chance because your life changed to allow you to do so...if you established any network of models sponsored or magazine royalties, income, etc, you'll be having to rebuild it.

That's not worth quitting over, unless you just had NO CHOICE OF YOUR OWN to do so. We can't save your spot regardless. Even if you pause it for more than 30 days. If it's over 30 days, you lose placement status.

That's for your own prevention of scams and safety. They don't pay you directly, they pay Pimn that in turn, pays you your level %.

Every PiMN model who trains diligently and meets performance standards is considered for featured positions in the International PiMN Magazine. Models are evaluated based on: 

Don't expect that because you have other modeling experience that you are immediately a trained Pimn model.

You won't be until trained. Leave your ego outside. If you have one that makes you feel smarter or better than other Pimn models. That type mindset is not in Pimn.
