Confident models can evaluate themselves. They can also ask their trainer to evaluate their body type and ask for recommendations of self-improvement. It boils down to one thing.
Being honest to yourself without judgement OF YOURSELF, but with a mindset of... "I will be more confident if I feel confident and I will feel more confident if I love how I look."
That's pure honesty to SELF. So, the first step to that level of honesty is being able to look at yourself undressed in a mirror and admit to yourself, I love everything about how I look.
Is your upper body where your desire is? Is your waist, hips? Thighs, calves, abs, buttox? Is there any area YOU are not happy with?

Then if a model where looks attract more attention, you're obviously wanting to already show yourself, why not show THE BEST VERSION OF YOU?
CASE IN POINT. As an x fitpro trainer, training 272 women, they all were honest with themselves and came to us as personal trainers to look better and be more confident in how they looked.
Most...the ones that stuck to their given diet and exercise routine, made serious changes to the point, some cried hugging us, thanking us, very thankful to us. Paid for it at 65 an hour. Vs put it off...they showed up.
They sweat to get there every work out. And WE...as trainers got to see their claps and smiles every week they saw more results from their efforts.
Happy women. Nothing wrong with that. What is wrong? The ones that aren't happy with their look and are not willing to change it. Not willing to set goals to achieve. Not confident enough to admit they want specific areas to look better.
TRUTH IS....IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOOK YOUR VERY BEST, DON'T TRY OUT FOR BEING A PIMN MODEL.
This training is for women whom can face their own image and admit they need this or that and still smile. Asking for help.
For someone to push them and help them one day look in the mirror and instead of sighing...saying, "wow, i look so soooo good." Vs hiding their own honest opinions of SELF image.
Denial never got any pro model into being a pro model. Only self-reflection and pure honesty with themselves did.

Consider incorporating mindfulness practices such as pilates and any meditation into your daily routine. We do not support yoga due to that it's a religious based routine and not everyone is Hindu. The above is a worship posture. Look it up. Don't take my word for it.
All postures are spiritual in nature if practicing traditional yoga. Also, it can and has led every woman I've met to future back issues. What you reject to believe or believe is your choice. Do your own research. Is why Pimn promotes pilates not Yoga.
If you wish to end up in the future with spine pain and lower back pains after long term yoga, that's on you. I've learned much about it as a 40+ yr martial artist instructor to warn others that had issues and I asked, do you do yoga?
They all said yes, how'd you know? Because it's common is why. I've ran into many. Some have broken ribs. Punctured lungs. Some have severe joint issues.
Most who practice it or teach it will deny this over and over until blue in the face. Pun intended. Look that up too. You'll either get it or you won't. It's up to you.
Either way, as a long time trainer, I don't judge the person, I evaluate and determine what's safest for women. Then leave the rest up to them. You'll ultimately believe and follow what you choose to. Trust whom you choose to.
Tracking Progress and Staying Motivated

You can submit these to your trainer to evaluate since in Pimn, measurements are weekly taken. It's part of Pimn standards to hold the model to her word.

Trainers have been told false measurements. Is why. So be honest always with a trainer..and model manager. Never take anything personal. It's never meant to be.
This is the mature way. Anger and lack of communicating is childish behavior. The most mature models control emotions and communicate. The most amateur don't. I've trained both types. Many of them.
So, even some that call themselves experienced aren't truly experienced. They lack communication skills and they too often let their own insecurities surface to take control of their emotions. So, if selected for Pimn, hold it together. It's meant to HELP YOU.

DON'T BE THIS TYPE THAT HAS CHILDISH ANGRY OUTBURSTS. MEN CAN BE AS GUILTY TOO. Any man or woman who can't control their emotions to be calm...isn't mature. Anger is a tantrum to not get our way, it's unhealthy and effects our stress and our health
It's a progress, it takes time to sculpt a master piece. You. I can turn most any women into a statuesque woman to be admired visually. Which is what modeling is all about.
Seeing tangible results can boost motivation and keep you focused on your goals.

These are all what I share to models I trained or the last options are breast enhancement creams and lastly, if they are desperate and nothing works for them, they sell fake silicone ones that are worn like a bra and can order any size.
Don't laugh, many influencers use strap on breast's, wearable butt pads. Corsets and more to get max views. In the mean time, they are dieting and doing exercises. Some nude, skin texture breasts can go up to size H cup or more.
For runway modeling, this is not needed. For a model trying to get more subcribers to her lingerie shoots, its something she may consider. Most never notice these are fake, wearable options.

It's a temporary look. Breast augmentation is a personal choice and expense. If you want larger, fuller breast's, but can't get anything to work, don't have 4 to 10k to get implants or you're concerned about the safety of such a surgery, the latter is an option.
Pimn modeling does not condone breast implant surgery. That is strictly on the model. As well as any future issues that could result. Be aware of all dangers through a doctor.
On the other hand, many women that had results from the above or below info were very pleased with their increase of size.
That's for women that really want bigger bust size and they've tried everything, including olive oil massage during bath times.

Whatever they do, it needs to be consistent over a month, they should see at least a cup size increase.
Pick most popular methods and that are the safest or...simply order the bra type silicone mold breast's to wear under clothing.
They actually look very life-like and there is no health risk and it's far cheaper, but it's more so for a visual change only. They will not be your real breast's.
Pimn has had atleast one or two models showing interest to buy such as these are skin colored and cup size is your choice. These women also bought many wigs. Many diverse outfits.
These are also used by cross dressers and there are various sources to buy from to avoid higher priced. Temp, Amazon, etc
For some, it's that they are just insecure with their breast size and can't afford implants and nothing has worked. I wouldn't recommend hiding the reality of these if dating a new man, he may walk away if he never knew and was attracted to you because of you wearing one.
So, I don't recommend using these to lure in a new boyfriend. He will only be let down later.
Had to throw that tidbit in even if its not related to modeling. Just in case any models get any ideas. Pimn is not responsible for deceptive relationships based off wearing prop devices to improve looks to attract. Nobody likes to be fooled. The decision is yours.

Any hate or laughter comments is the risk. So, do keep this in mind if you use such, it needs to look completely convincing.
Make sure to wash it thoroughly with hot soap and water if you do, before you put it on for modeling in.
Women may notice but often men won't but...that is depending if skin tone matches. If it doesn't, it will be very noticed. Any embarrassment is on YOU If you decide to go the strap, wearable breast molds that look and feel visually real.
Influencers fool viewers every day with these. Get thousands of views. I can tell but most other men won't if males are your target audience.
A model pro trainer notices every single details down to how well eyebrows are arched to how long nails are if too long or too short. To her pose style and her fitness level. This isn't to judge, it's to critique for improvement.

The prior model mentioned, she followed all standards. One was already a magazine cover model. The other, a career professional.. University grad, very little prior experience.

How does martial arts training help body sculpturing? You'd be surprised! Every woman I've trained has expressed weight loss and muscle toning. Smaller waist and more defined buttox and thighs.

Another way to make breast's appear larger is an acquired hour glass figure with wearing waist trainer corsets regularly...that can also make them look fuller when the waist becomes smaller.
Such as a 20" or 22" waist done with waist narrowing exercises too. The typical perfect measurements for models I train are 36-38D,30,40.
Tie up corsets have some level of harm if tied too tightly. So be aware. Velcro neoprene waist trainers are changed in size as weight is lost and waist begins to narrow.
One model trained lost over 50lbs and imcreased cup sizes by 2 as well as through regular exercise and fasting and diet made a total transformation.

Also...applying ab exercises, butt lift ecercises, calf raises and squats sculptured her to smiles later. Her main job a sales woman.... Highly motivated and trained her with a girlfriend. They seemed inseperable. Never missing a scheduled gym time..
The ideal measurements to work towards have already been mentioned in prior blog posts. Fitness is ongoing for all Pimn models.
Posture exercises pulling shoulders back or wearing a posture correction straps help maintaining better posture.
This doesn't make them bigger. It's more of a visual illusion effect that they are based off posture habits fixed.
