Body sculpturing is VITALLY IMPORTANT for modeling in Pimn!

Let's talk about your BODY SCULPTURING if interested in gaining views, fans, followers, being NOTICED, you GOT to schedule in a fitness, diet and weight training routine! 

Pimn models are required to do this weekly and not just once a week but every single day, five days a week. 

In fact, part of their scoring is showing via video to their trainer, mentor, manager that they are starting their training and when they finished training by submitting a few seconds on video in workout attire WHERE they are working out and what they are working on and for how long.

Here's an example of what Pimn models are held accountable to do and submit. 

Video starts of model at gym in training attire. This can be her arriving or inside the gym or even at home in living room or back yard or out at the park, etc.

Showing herself about to train. It only takes a few seconds to submit a fitness start and stop video submission to her trainer, mentor, manager. 

Model sets phone up, not a selfie, it needs to be hands free, whether she's outside or inside and whether on a tripod or a clamp holder or has a girlfriend hold it for her. Pimn models never do mirror selfie or video self submissions by holding phone at mirror or in hand.

It's ALWAYS HANDS FREE. Only amateur models do mirror selfie or selfie type photos or videos. HUGE NO GO IN PIMN. Your score will drop 5 points if ever doing so. Shaky camera? NO. Dogs barking or eating on camera? NO.

People talking loudly in background? No. You need a quiet place for your video submissions. A locker room if not interrupted. A gym if not too busy. If busy, find an unbusy location. Inside a car? Not desired for Pimn. You can't add that video admission to a portfolio. 

Any issues, put it on video and make it an hour per video submission, even if multiple 1 min video clips. If a long one, record it however long you want and upload it as a private link to a YouTube channel and send the link.

Private only. Make sure the age restriction is off. Make sure your camera lenses on your cell are always wiped clean before submitting to your trainer anything. 

This is a sample of what she would say ...

"Good day Sir, today is Monday, Dec 16th, 5pm, I'm at the gym now and about to work on upper body with stretching first and then 20 min cardio then the rest upper body Sir. I will inform you when I'm finished. Thank you Sir. Have a great day!" 

Just ONE quick example of an intro to starting fitness. Every Pimn model works out a minimum of 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Pro level models are required an hour. If you do an hour as a beginner Pimn model, thats totally acceptable. 

Dont look like you just woke up in your fitness video intro because some of these, we will be adding to a fitness portfolio. If youre a true model and a serious model, youll have a regular workout routine. Period. No exceptions. 

If you are sick, have an issue, cant submit one for the day, etc, yes, youll submit an apology video for being sick and need to see you at your worst. In bed, sniffling and looking a mess.

That shows your trainer, my apologies Sir, im feeling very bad today, coughing, sore throat, achy, etc,

"Good day Sir or Ma'am, i am submitting today my video request to skip today's training please. My apologies, I can't do my training today on modeling or fitness. Thank you for understanding. Have a great day Sir."

With such, your score is not effected. If you do not submit that, your score drops 5 points. 

As for when you CAN do your fitness submission videos...( yes, we are using 1st and 3rd person tense ) 

She finishes her workout and if she's working on a fitness portfolio, she'll want to be filming herself training with a tripod.

Make sure if you do so...it is not in the way of others getting to machines or equipment to work out or you'll be frowned upon.

If you do end up blocking someone's access while filming, be sure that only you are in the image when you edit it together.

Nobody should be in the background unless it's blurred. You don't have their permission to add them to your portfolio. 

When done, you'll set up cell phone again same way, hit record, be upper body only where in first video, you did intro then stepped back to show fitness attire with a very quick front pose, one side pose left and right.

Privately is always best. Home or park or locker room when ladies aren't in there. We don't need women changing behind you. 

SOME, not all... can be used later for a fitness portfolio.

You need to make sure as a Pimn model that there is blurred background if possible if others are ever behind you. This might take you altering your settings. 

At the end of your workout, you'll only need an upper body video submission stating, "Hello Sir or Ma'am, depending if you have a male or female trainer, I'm now finished with my fitness for today and it is 6pm. Thank you for accepting my daily fitness video submission. Have a great day Sir!/Ma'am."

That's it. You're done.

Each takes no more than about 15 to 30 seconds. These are allowing you to build up content for your fitness training portfolio. 

When you arrive, try to have your hair halfway decent and possibly up or in a pony tail, have on a different look if possible or mix and match outfits.

You can get many mix of looks with only 5 or 10 different outfits that are two piece.

Some may be jogging outside at a park. Your safety is important so if jogging at a park or outside anywhere, ALWAYS carry mace and NEVER run or walk or jog with both ear buds in.

Working on your fitness level should be a top priority and that means not just yoga or pilates but also weight training.

Dieting if you have extra lbs. Your objective as a Pimn model is to get fitness scores that can get you a 100 score consistently. 

We are not shy to tell a Pimn model you're too thin or you have extra lbs and need to work at either bulking up or losing those lbs.

We are not here to worry about your feelings. We are here to help you get to be your BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF. 

if your trainer recommends something for you...stick to it and focus on those areas you need to improve on.

We are not going to sugar coat it for you. We will tell you like it is and we will hold you accountable to get to your fitness goals. If you're an emotional puppie, Pimn may not be for you if you can't handle critique. Pro models must develop thick skin.

They can handle critique like a warrior chick and push onward with a smile. I GOT THIS! TYPE ATTITUDE. Vs crying in the locker room or bathroom or car.

We are trying to get you thick skinned for a reason ...if you're not already. We are trying to get you self-disciplined if you're not already. We are trying to get you into great habits...if you're not already.

We don't care about outside opinions. We don't card about naysayers about Pimns ways or standards. If a model can't follow our standards without excuse...she likely doesn't have what it takes to be a top model. 

You know what doesn't help?

Those girlfriends that are saying, oh honey, you look already great, you don't need to lose any weight or gain anymore muscle, your breast's aren't too big or too small, your waist looks just fine, stop listening to what others say.

They may not even want you truly to surpass them or look better. So stop believing the feel good messages for you to not bother, not focus on being your best version of you. 

Yes, Pimn is brutally honest and will say it like they see it. But it's not meant to be taken personally. It's meant to HELP YOU BE YOUR BEST IMAGE OF SELF. 

Your girlfriend is not your trainer, not your mentor, not your manager. Tell her if she's telling you things opposite of what Pimn tells you to shut up girlfriend, go do your thing. That's from my manager. 

You need to listen to your trainer, mentor, manager and for her to go do her thing and you'll do what your trainer says. If she's not supportive. Do not believe her, "oh honey, oh baby, you look already hot, don't let anyone tell you you need this or that."

We aren't here to help appease your girlfriend's mindset that doesn't think Pimn is good for you. Or is too strict, too much, too hard, too pushy, etc. That's her path if so, you do yours.

Because, even if you are already hot, you'll still be in the gym submitting progress of workouts to your trainer, mentor, manager. 

Often ladies have girlfriends that secretly get jealous and will feed you the lies or the opposite of what you need to really work on. 

We aren't your girlfriend, we are here to help you without jealousy or envy or insecurities your girlfriends might have of you as they see your body changing. 

Do what you're giving direction to do and follow it weekly. Keep an account of it in a pimn journal that you should have the moment you are accepted. 

Each page front and back is for each day for things to do and notes. If you don't fill up both pages, that's fine.

If you need more pages, that's fine. You may add separators for week to week or month to month. Do not leave your journal anywhere.

Treat it as closely guarded as your cell phone or wallet and carry if everywhere. This is your transformation journal on what you are working on. Lose a journal and report it to your trainer because that does effect your score for the month.

Don't lose your journal. Do not leave it behind at a coffee shop or in a Uber drivers car or at work or gym. Keep eyes on it. It is meant for changes in measurements and other areas you're training in. This is the path of a professional model.
