Do YOU have what it really takes to be a PRO MODEL?

Most don't read enough when all it takes is a little each day if reading is too hard for you or too unfocused, not willing to learn.

Only the most passionate models will follow this blog. Follow direction without feeling it's controlling their actions. 

Truth is...you're here because you choose to be here. Nobody is forcing you. If you are following anything of Pimn, it's because you made a choice to do so.  

Now once you say, you're about to start modeling and you see the value here, then yes, you will be pushed. But nothing here is forced down any model's throat.

You model if you desire to. Pimn's point is...if you are going to do modeling, go all the way in. Do it right, not half way. IT MUST BE A 100% COMMITMENT. 

IF YOU CAN'T COMMIT, NO USE STARTING. TOO MANY MODELS QUIT TOO SOON AND NEVER FINISH WHAT THEY START.

I experienced the same with women in acting industry as a feature film director as well, in their acting and even in self-defense training. Yet, it is for their own safety!

Do you NOT care about your safety?

I hope not. There's a lot of traffickers posing as modeling offers. 

SO YOU BETTER BE AWARE AND NOT FALL INTO SUCH TRAPS. YOU LIKELY WILL NEVER COME BACK. Some aren't just entrapped, taken, never allowed to return, but some, depending on the group in what country...will pay these people to then auction women off in chains like cattle.

They are then sold off to in some cases...to women beaters and or for sn.uff films. You DO know what a sn.uff film is, right?

It's where they film a brutal, sexual assault of a woman or women, then unalive them on video and sell the movie to some sick, twisted monsters.... who want to watch it and be turned on. 

That's the worse case scenario. The even greater worse case is her body is....blanked on video. I can't even say it here. 

Some are auctioned off for o.r.gy parties ongoing ones daily or weekly. Until she's used up and discarded. Unalived. B*dy thrown out with the trash. 

Is this a male only problem? No. There's also women involved too in this process. It's not a male or female problem, it's a greed, demonized people problem. 

Just as not all women are bad, not all men are bad. In fact, the greater majority of men and women are good, decent people. It's that 5% you gotta avoid. 

So, next time you pass up thinking about personally training in self defense simply because...."Oh sorry, lo that's not for me!"

Keep in mind that over a million women have gone missing in the last 5 yrs. A MILLION. INSANE SILENT WAR. It's going unnoticed, even by women and especially by newer, younger models. 

The traf.ficki.ng industry is a multi BILLION dollar industry. NO WOMAN is invisible to it. In fact, the prettier you are, the higher the risk and target you can become. 

Im here to help you still seek to model and live your passion...yet SAFELY. AT HOME. What risks you take outside of home, that's up to you.

Our self-defense training is not a sport and is geared for street, home,car awareness defense. Its not about competition or doing some Tae Bo Aerobic class for just kicks and fun and burning calories. 

What isn't clicking with women today is the fact they feel it can't ever happen to them. So, they don't need to worry about it. To not live in fear while traveling.

Not saying to live in fear. I'm saying to be TRAINED AND HYPER AWARE... not to the point or becoming a recluse or paranoid schizophrenic. 

SAFETY IS A SERIOUS CONSIDERATION IN YOUR MODELING CAREER. I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH. 200,000 WOMEN WENT MISSING IN 2023 ALONE.  

SOLO MODELS WITH NOBODY REPRESENTING THEM OR TEACHING THEM SPECIFICS CAN FALL INTO SUCH TRAFF.ICKING TRAPS EASIER. 

If you go to reddit chat, you'll find model after model seeking advice and not knowing what to do. Asking advice from random strangers? 

Not good. They will play you, give advice to try to gain your trust then offer to do free photo shoots or TFP shoots and you dont know them from adam? Nope! DON'T DO THIS! DON'T BE GULLIBLE! 

Some offering high pay to bait and hook. Some using real brand names but are fake agents posing. The shark fest is like a feeding frenzy upon models. Globally, sharks just waiting for you to swim in. 

Pimn removes that danger because you are modeling yourself, in the safety of your own home. That's a huge thing to consider. 

Too many go about their day and they are so unaware of their surroundings, they don't recognize when someone is even following them by foot or by car.

So keep your radar up ladies. Especially European and American women that are wives of Nato alliance. 

The enemies of Nato arent just targeting our military communication network but also families. Given targets to take. Wives, daughters. Sisters, Mothers. Doesnt matter. 

Again, this isn't fear mongering, this is reality with real statistics. Pimn models get not just a trainer in modeling, mentor, manager... but a certified master teacher in budo arts who trains them in reality self-defense and awareness. ALL FROM HOME.

NO ONLY FANS MODELS ACCEPTED. You're free to learn tips here but if you submit to us and later, it's found you are...you can be let go. 

WE aren't here to help your OF account grow. That's not our objective.

However, what you personally choose to use your learning for outside of Pimn...is up to you but do not mention Pimn. 

If you refer other OF models by personally vs publicly referring us, they will NOT QUALIFY. It's nothing personal, we just are not in the porn industry nor associated to it in any way, shape or form. 

If you have anyone that controls your modeling, earns off your modeling currently, you do not qualify for Pimn.

We do not accept models with an OF male manager who controls or earns off you for nudity or pornography video accounts. If that's you...no need to audition.

If you're seeking to leave it and you work it alone and it's not working for you, you must leave it fully behind to be part of Pimn. 

No exceptions to this rule. No porn models.

If you choose to do such currently, that's your own choice. We don't dislike you nor judge you on that path. We just do not support modeling for such. 

OF accounts can contribute to negative issues that I will not mention here...that we do not desire to be connected to. Including the harm of multiple women by stalkers. That's just one negative.

RELIABILITY A MAJOR ISSUE AMONG MODELS AND ACTRESSES 

The ones that never quit? 

These women were the high standard women. High status women.

Typically college degree graduates and and multiple languages, they are regularly hitting gym, consistently in their fitness and self defense. 

How bad IS quitting what you start...?

Well, this is about 95% of women BASED OFF PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.  If that"s not you, then I'm not talking about you. If it IS you, then I'm talking about you. You might be 100% reliable. If so, that's great. This part doesn't apply to you. 

For those whom have been late, no shows, quit what they audition for, can't communicate properly....

STOP QUITTING WHAT YOU START. 

Just because of a life temporary issue?  Minor obsticals?

That's not what Pro minded models do. That's also not a mature mindset. Being wishy washy is not maturity. The most mature women hit their goals. They follow through. They commit. 

It got SO BAD in the film industry, this issue that I literally spent an extra year on auditions and re-casting primarily actresses coming into a film production, then within 6 months, before filming, they back out? Could make a solid decision. Male actors? Rarely an issue. 

The differences of the two in terms of acting, modeling, self-defense commitment is night and day. If i were to rate it personally by %, I'd say 90% of men are reliable and 90% of women are not. 

Why? Over thinking your decisions. Reverse thinking your decisions. Changing your mind too much and not knowing what you want to commit to. That's not saying women aren't smart. It's saying, start being more solid in your decisions if you are one of the 90%. 

After training them, wardrobe suiting of them, etc only leading the committed...to wait that much longer on me to start. 

THE MOST MATURE WOMEN TEND TO BE THE MOST COMMITTED AND RELIABLE. BECOME MORE MATURE IF YOU LACK SOLID DECISION MAKING. 

It got SO BAD on a prior film, I had 25 come in and leave over a years time, mostly actresses and yet, approx 50 others stayed committed. Mostly males. 

But, the loss was too great to continue that film production and I was fed up re-casting. We had to pull the plug on a great story, great committed cast and already filmed an entire episode of a multi episode series.

Lot of wasted time and effort because of actresses that couldn't be reliable or communicate properly. 

POINT BEING. Your consistency AND commitment CAN AND WILL EFFECT OTHERS. ESPECIALLY IF AN ACTRESS IN THE FEATURE FILM OR SHORT FILM INDUSTRY. 

That's not saying there aren't legitimate reasons to stop. There are. But how serious can determine for how long? Temporary or permanently? 

Here's one good reason....pregnancy. 

GETTING CAST ON ANOTHER HIGHER PAID PROJECT OR MODELING ISN'T A GOOD REASON TO QUIT. Pause, yes, quit, no.

Do not run from what you start with Pimn because of another higher paid offer. At least....finish the training, even if you have to reduce your time in modeling. 

Otherwise, you will have wasted your time and our time helping you. Where there's a will, there's a way. Becoming very sick or a taking on another job are two other good reasons excusable to have to stop. In covid time, I lost about 8 models and about 1 to 2 stayed out of 10 at the time. 

Kick the minor obsticals  down and keep going. If you need a break, ask on video politely and professionally and it will be accepted. Regardless of your reason, long as you explain HOW LONG YOU NEED THAT AND WHY. What's your reason? 

Dont say. "YES, I WANT TO MODEL!" THEN...after a few blog post reads, you back out. Because everything about modeling is related to self-discipline, self-image, self-improvement, following the direction of others. 

So, if you are a type personality that can not follow direction of learning the above for YOURSELF....modeling isn't for you. 

This is not a judgement on women, it's simply a cold, hard fact. 

The most determined, passionate, focused, mature women will do whatever it takes to become their best version of self as a model. 

The not so serious...simply will choose to not do what they need to do.

Even when help is offered. Even when cost is almost free. They let minor things stop them.

This blog will in fact separate the serious model from the not serious models...  or those that feel they don't need training.

Yet, we can bet you a million bucks that there has not been one model or potential model that has visited this blog that hasn't learned many valuable tips from it. 

When top cover and pageant models have stated personally to the director of Pimn, yes, this sounds right, this is great info! I love the depth of Pimn...then that alone should tell you something about why we focus so much on change.   

If top models admired Pimns standards and process to help them...then those who don't see the value, developed too high an ego to see it. The ones who see our value have shown to be very intelligent women. 

The ones that value it are...

The mature women that commit vs the ones that quit what they start or don't start at all due to being too insecure Or too self opinionated, they can't be taught or told anything.

Yet, they will go back to their studio to do runway modeling, taking direction from the model managers?  This makes zero logical sense.  

Or...too unwilling to feel they need to fix or change anything.

That's a personal choice.

If you honestly feel after reading this blog you've not learned anything beneficial or new to improve yourself....then no need to submit an introduction video for approval to do an audition.

I know by experience of years training women that if they dont want it, it cant be forced. 

As I've said before and I'll continue to say it...pro level modeling must be a passion and a choice by you to freely open your mind and have a new mindset of a willingness to be guided and trained and follow the standards. 

Once in, it's what you can fit in that won't overwhelm you and that still makes a challenge for you and fun. 

Being more self-disciplined doesn't mean it isn't enjoyable. If that were the case, prior top models would not have complimented Pimn training.

After all, nobody wants to do anything that isn't at least partly fun to do. Enjoyable to do. A self-challenge of personal growth. 

Something that can increase your earning potential or if that's not your focus, increase your self image. 

If they don't see their own WHY clearly as they read...then they are not model material for Pimn. 

Model training can GREATLY improve a woman's self-esteem and confidence and maturity, focus, organization and a goal mindset. 

There are, like martial arts vs just aerobics...so many benefits. The value has to register in the mind first.

Also, it stays there as value to succeed.

Like anything you do to succeed at...such as a degree in business at a university, if she quits after year 1, her going to school for that degree was a waste of  a year of her time and effort.

As well, those that helped her. 

Imagine writing a novel about your life of 500 pages then by the end of it, burning it. That's the same as training in anything and after so many months....quitting. 

So, before you quit anything, remember this novel analogy.  As much as some women may not like this hard truth...the stastics are...

Women in truth....95% not all, are notorious for quitting what they start. Get over that obstacles.  The quitters wall. Where climbing it is just too hard. No, it's not. Not if you keep trying. 

As a multi feature film director, to prove this as truth, I had 3 x more actresses and female crew go through the revolving door than the men.  

3 x more quit on us. 3 x more say they wanted a role then spending months with them in training and wardrobes only for them to quit on themselves and the rest of the production. Leading my crew to recast from scratch. One role, we recast NINE ACTRESSES. 

YES, NINE. 

The ones that committed?

Typically I noticed were the most mature women were ones that already had completed degrees. They aren't quitters. 

Already knew another language or two. Were already very respectful type women. These types NEVER COMPLAINED. Never were late. Never a no show. Knew their lines. Didnt cram study on set before filming. 

Rarely ever missed a shoot. If they did, they contacted my production manager early. Never were a no show. No call. They walked their talk. They talked their walk.

They were focused. Appreciative already. They didn't have to tell these women much of anything. They did what they were directed to do.  Never threw a fit, never tried to direct the director.

They just did their job. Great women! Great actresses and I also noticed, were great models too! As well, enjoyable to be around and work with. 

When a woman model or actress can be that mature...they make for being excellent model material OR actress. 

She isn't pushing back on the director or jealous of other actresses or models or trying to change rules or standards. 

She knows when to do what she volunteered for and when to sit quiet and show others respect. Whether they are other women or other men or their director or model manager.

They value those in the lead positions and never once did I see they felt the need to down talk others. 

Those are the kind of women that thoroughly impress others, whether feature film directors or a sensei or a model manager or trainer. 

What's the major difference?

It's positive attitude vs can't follow direction, do things her way or no way. The her way or no way types were often the ones that lasted only days, weeks or months. Not even typically 6 months. Lucky if I got 3 months out of them. 

Bye. Best of luck I would say. Thanks for what ever you did do with us. Be safe. Door shuts behind them. Then the ones most dedicated would secretly msg me, Sir, why did she leave us so soon?  

The best of all continue to visiting us. The smartest too. The high status types or those women whom desire to become higher status type model.

Open to gaining model knowledge and becoming better, more mature models and more confident, empowered, smarter women. AND YOU WILL PROJECT THIS LATER...GUARANTEED. Especially....if you are a Pimn model in training. 

Ok, let's get to it. Concerning this post.... 

THIS IS TO HELP TEST PIMN MODELS DEVELOP A SCORE OF 100 CONSISTENTLY BUT ONLY IN THE ABOVE THREE AREAS.  

WE WILL HAVE TESTS OF OTHER AREAS TOO HERE LATER. BUT FIRST THINGS FIRST.

COMMUNICATION ETIQUETTE IS THE TOP, MOST IMPORTANT THING A MODEL CAN HAVE, REGARDLESS OF HER LEVEL OF MODELING LOOKS.

So, note that. And color highlight that. Because its extremely important to get doors open if new or if being rejected repeatedly. 

Too many models lose out due to lack of etiquette or manners and don't even realize this! Yes, you too.

Unless....you already have excellent manners? Some on forums are complaining they've submitted over 50 times! And don't understand, why they are still rejected! 

PIMN MODELS ARE REQUIRED TO READ A BLOG POST A DAY. EVERY DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK. IF THEY FINISH, THEY ARE TO START OVER AND REREAD FROM START AND THEN ADD A READ OF ANY NEWER POSTS. 

AND....

That process doesnt stop! They keep that cycle going until they finish Pimn modeling. 

Why so much re-reading?

Because most only retain 20% of what you read. By re-reading, re-reading, re-reading, you are increasing that 20% every time you begin from post 1 again by another 20%. 

So, no, for PIMN models, once they've read all blog posts and have caught up, they will go and start over. That's their standard they follow. 

But how do you know they are doing so? 

Pimn models aren't liars. Pimn models are trustworthy and mature enough shown that they CHOOSE to follow what is told to them to do and get done. Simple as ABC. They are only neglecting their own progress if they don't follow what they are told to follow. 

We don't babysit models. Pimn trains models that are mature enough to do as they are requested by their trainer, mentor, manager. 

If they fail to remember something the first time reading the blog, they'll pick up on by re-reading the blog. 

We are not here to be tested by models, models are here to be tested by Pimn. So, no power head games. If that's you...bye. Pimn isn't for you. You will not last if that is you. 

Let that be clearly notated. You are here to learn, we are here to train you and teach you and make you your best version of you. 

Every new start to reread, you'll discover by that point.... how much you've learned and changed in pro modeling. How much you have literally morphed into a more desired you, even by you yourself. 

I will soon get back on subject here of testing yourself in communication. Etiquette the way Pimn models do regularly to stay up on their good habits. 

A good habit takes approximately 1 day, up to 21 days to form. Depending on the level of intelligence of the model.

The smarter the woman, it seems the faster she learns and the more she can digest and retain and the faster she can adapt and change her bad habits to good habits. 

THAT PHRASE NEEDS TO BE WRITTEN AT THE TOP OF YOUR FIRST PAGE OF YOUR JOURNAL. You don't have one yet for Pimn? Get one. Black and gold letters and add PIMN on the cover. 

You will be creating notes in it daily. Journaling your progress. If you're not an accepted Pimn model, you will be missing out on about 50 to 75% more than the ones that are only reading. 

However, even the ones only reading....will still for free....see their modeling life change if they take to heart this blog.

Pimn has had too many others love what Pimn has taught them and helped them on. That's what we like to know and hear. If Pimn is not for you....bye. 

But what about the free models outside of Pimn that are reading all this free and never apply it within Pimn? 

Those types we hope we are helping and if they share us and it leads to other women who DO qualify and DO submit her...they can earn an affiliate marketing commission one time, not monthly as Pimn models earn monthly off referring women that pay to enroll. 

We do not do so for breaking our rules of promoting via video unless an accepted Pimn model. Txt or speech is acceptable. 

Back to our communication test. 

These are Pimn model communicating standards to follow if you are qualified from your intro and audition.

EVERY PIMN MODEL ACCEPTED FOLLOWS THIS ON A CONSISTENT BASIS FROM HER FIRST CONTACT... NO EXCEPTIONS. OR YOU WILL BE REJECTED. IT IS A FREE CHOICE TO BE TRAINED IN PIMN'S HIGHER STANDARD MODELING. 

NO, you don't have to be perfect looking to qualify. So, don't sabotage yourself from submitting before you ever start by talking yourself out of trying. 

TO BE TRAINED BY TRAINER, MANAGERS TIME, THIS LEVEL OF RESPECTFULNESS AND POLITENESS SHOWS YOU HIGHLY VALUE WHAT TIME YOUR TRAINER, MENTOR, MANAGER IS GIVING TO YOU TO HELP YOU BE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL MODEL. 

How's this?

Because respectfulness and politeness is appreciation and lack of is a show of no appreciation. Or little value of the opportunity, whichever the opportunity. 

The greater you show respectfulness and politeness, the greater level of appreciation you are showing anyone, not just a trainer.

Yet, they come first. Are practiced with to engrain this habit.  Don't believe this? Try it and see how you get more noticed! More valued as a model and more complimented! More liked. 

Which model is more liked? A polite and respectful, communicative one or the silent, rude, lacking respectful one?

The one with excellent manners and etiquette or the one without and no etiquette and acts like and talks like a drunken loud, cursing, obnoxious, hot headed type? 

Appreciation gets you further than lack of. Gets you noticed more, valued more, desired more, hired more, liked to be worked with more, talked highly about more. 

Respectful includes a highly positive attitude and friendliness. 

PROVEN FACT. More doors open for you and you are shown more favoritism when you can work on your speech and your msging others or emails with your best you.

Its not meant to be a power game. Its meant to be professionalism. Soon as a model starts thinking she is being weaker by being exceptionally polite, she begins to discard these traits and then things stop in her favor. 

Some egotistical people will call it kissing a$$ but it is not. Its called professionalism. 

The very best models are like a blank mold of a statue model. As your trainer molds you to a perfected work of art, your confirming to your trainers guidance to day by day, night by night become what is hidden within you. 

The skills trained in coming from a master degree level instructor.

If not proven already, other many models would not have already complimented their changes to their Pimn trainer.

PRO MODELS MADE MAJOR CHANGES TO THEMSELVES THROUGH THEIR MENTOR. IT CAN'T COME WITHOUT YOU WANTING IT.

If you notice, whether she is speaking in person face to face, texting or emailing or audio msg or video msg....the no manners, no etiquette model speaks or communicates lazily. As well, limited in her words. Interrupts others, never uses proper title as Sir or Ma'am 

NEVER speaks with proper etiquette. And yet, it's actually very simple to go from sounding avg to sounding professional. From sounding unlearned to sounding educated. 

One phrase. BY BEING POLITE AND RESPECTFUL. 

BAD ASS B*TCH BABES NEED NOT APPLY. WE DON'T CARE HOW BAD ASS A B*TCH BABE OR BOSS YOU ARE. IF THAT'S YOU, PIMN ISN'T FOR ARROGANCE. HOW MUCH MONEY YOU GOT, HOW HOT YOU ARE ON THE SURFACE. BEAUTY IS FAR MORE THAN SURFACE LEVEL. 

There is nothing in the modeling industry that screams NO WAY WILL I WORK WITH HER AGAIN than a narcissistic, sarcastic, rude, loud, obnoxious female model. Such women have zero business in modeling for Pimn or any company. They are not open minded women. 

So you're aware, being a great model, well known, paid high with a bad attitude doesn't mean you can keep your position by acting like you're untouchable to the senior person to say bye. I'm done with your attitude, your ego, your rudeness. You are never not replaceable as a model. 

I've known of once cover magazine models and feature film actresses.... struggling to get work and much of this...the reason? It is due to their bad attitude, little if any respect towards others. They let it go to their heads. 

The professional model does not come off lazy or limited in her replies. Doesn't try to speak in a way that is demanding, demeaning or rude, interrupting or distracted. Her total focus is on whom she is speaking to or communicating with. 

If apply these titles to your speech is foreign to you and feels off or odd, you can start by practicing adding them to your own words, practicing with yourself either silently in your own head or speaking it. 

Then do it until it's a habit and comes natural as this is very much so the projected way to come across as very intelligent to stand out from other models, to respect and be courteous to other senior people who train, mentor or manager or work with you. 

It's also the best way to get doors opened for you. The more professional you are, the more polite you are, the more you show others value and the more they will care about you in ways of standing out to them.

You'll become more favored when you stand out from the crowd. Whether in pimn solo training or pro fashion modeling or whether online just meeting someone, regardless who.

Unless a model your age or younger or crew person younger than you...then you would not use this method. 

A.Hey, I'm done with my shoot. 

B.Good evening Ma'am, I've finished my shoot tonight, would you be able to receive the images at this time please? 

By being more informative, you are not coming across as uninterested or lazy. This can appear to be the case with short phrases. Or lack of etiquette. You do NOT wish to project to a senior in modeling or fashion industry that you're lazy. Yet, it's highly possible through you communication level. 

Not being consistent in how you communicate is another error. For example...

One day your words are perfectly in tune. 

The next day? Not. Not consistent. 

One day polite, professional,  next day got an attitude and they say things only one time disrespecting wrong person and they lose EVERYTHING THEY'VE STRIVED YEARS FOR. 

DON'T BE THAT MODEL. NO MATTEE HOW GOOD YOU GET. STAY IN YOUR MODEL PRO MINDSET. 

It's not just looking good when you are modeling, it's a habit of looking good. Why? It's engrained. It becomes you. You become her. 

If you don't like these words above, you aren't modeling material for Pimn and regardless of looks, we aren't interested. It's either do it or don't do it. Follow it or don't follow it. Don't come in with a 50% or 75% mindset.
