So, what's the difference in a Pimn Pro Model and a Pimn Exec Pro Model?
The latter moves at a much faster pace and receives more personalized training. High achiever women that gets done what needs to be done.
An Exec Pro Model has the time to prioritize her modeling and she's in an income bracket that she's not having to watch her pennies. She can afford what's required of her.
If a specific outfit is needed, she has it soon as possible. Just as an example. She will not be like other models asking, "Is it OK if I wait until payday Sir?" Or "I'm swamped right now Sir, it might take me a few days."
Rather, she's more likely to reply, "Got it, I'll have that by end of day Sir!" Then she gets it. Has it by end of day as she stated. She's serious about what is required. Sends samples of options on before buying it just to make sure she gets the right look.
Her goal? What's asked of her...there's no hesitation on answering or producing what is requested. She is every day maintaining this mindset. Even on her bad days, she doesn't show it's a bad day.
Medical illness an exception.
If text at 2am her time...she hears it, wakes, answers politely, doesn't complain of the time and after she answers, goes back to sleep.

Through ongoing practice of specific skills day to day, week to week with your TMM, it's easier to form the essential professional communication habits. ( Trainer, mentor,manager )
While some untrained, even industry experienced models may think its overkill, they simply were never taught the correct, professional ways of whats pro corporate mannerism vs amateur mannerism.
It's rather simple.
True professional models not only learn it but also maintain it. They understand the WHY behind what they are changing about themselves.
Unprofessional models scoff at it and won't maintain it, let alone learn it.
Part of this stems from ego or pride developed that keeps telling them...it's OK to be rude, late, curse, complain, debate, argue, vent, show anger, not communicate or be reliable.
All is highly unprofessional. Inconsiderate and immature.
Yet, the Pimn Director has experienced exactly this multiple times and is WHY Pimn formed to begin with.
Communication reliability is top on the list of what makes a model more professional. It takes only 30 seconds to answer a txt, call or email.
We don't care how busy a model wants to project, we care about her answer, regardless how short it is.
It's highly disrespectful and many models untrained demonstrate these bad habits or didn't value to be selected. Value what your trainers time is as much as you value your OWN TIME. So take your training seriously.
If other friends can't understand you need to answer it...explain WHY you need to answer it. You aren't trying to be rude but you are on a rating in model training.
Same applies with family members. ONLY exception is if on a paid job. Or emergency medical to delay answers. If so, be sure to explain that's the case from the start politely.
Explain it if you need to. A Pimn model always prioritizes her communications unless an emergency. Keeping notifications ON.
It's changing habits you may not be use to doing, but if you don't do this, you will repeatedly be down scored if active.
Any model, as stated before may pause her modeling. Otherwise, no excuse to not answer a txt. If on vacation, explain what you are able to accept or not in terms of communications.
Make it clear in your video is all that's required so your TMM is aware not to msg you as frequently. You'll receive then only one msg a week to check status until you return active.
If a medical illness situation, your TMM may send you a short txt daily simply to check on your recovery status.

Endurance Model Training

From posture to catwalk contour 360, to posing flow, lighting, black & whites and with a higher level of perfecting your own self-image.
This takes training and open mindedness for creativity on collaboration and a compliant attitude to be coachable and guided, with a motivated mindset.
Model is tested on physical endurance ability.... that baffles other models to the point it can make even top cover models raise an eyebrow and whisper...,

This requires effort and time...united with the Pimn director to fast track your image. But it won't happen over night. Expect without any experience weeks of training to build content for your magazine layout and cover.
No other modeling magazine focuses solely on ONE Model. Runner up models however will be featured at the back end if any are qualified for next issue.
It's still based off the model's availability of schedule.

Creating a Versatile Portfolio
A versatile portfolio is an indispensable tool for any model.
The training guides participants in developing a diverse collection of photographs and video reels that showcase their ability to embody different styles and characters of up to TEN STYLES. Depending on which plan.
THE MORE STYLES PRESENTED, THE HIGHER VALUE A MODEL YOU BECOME.
Not just a runway model which requires very specific height and weight standards. But as a diverse brand and cover model. We do not focus on runway modeling. but there are areas of runway modeling covered.
Magazine cover model title lands more of an impression than a runway model. It's recognized as a higher skilled model by many. Much like a pageant model can.
That's not to say there hasn't been highly recognized models that come from runway modeling. There HAS.
This not only demonstrates versatility but also broadens the range of potential job opportunities.
Models learn to work alone or with a close friend or friends in gaining valuable experience along the way of being totally self-sufficient, unlike most outside Pimn that require help with hair, makeup, photography, videography, etc.
This skill set alone leads Pimn models to stand out.
Modeling For The Most Motivated Of Women
The Executive Pro Modeling Training includes intensive portfolio building with virtual one on one training, critique, mentorship, management, website, magazine cover model spot and a guaranteed spot in a fully featured Pimn magazine layout & cover model exposure and to add to a modeling resume'.
This includes assisting the highly motivated model or potential model in photo / Video portfolio creation for up to ten styles.
The focus will be a faster paced training to get you as much pro level content in the shortest amount of time possible.
This is still based off an available modeling schedule of 2,4 or 6 days a week, depending on your plan choice.

These plans help the most ambitious of potential models or already models to provide them with fastest yet, professional modeling portfolios and websites.
Each plan includes fitness training assistance and self protection defense training routines and critiques. Video required for self-protection training.
It's not an option. You will be training in self-protection and fitness in any of the three plans. If you signed up with a girlfriend, she needs to be there.
No schedules are missed. No schedules are cancelled unless an absolute emergency came up. Or score drops. if too many scores drop, training is cancelled with A NO REFUND POLICY.
SO BE SURE ON YOUR DECISION TO COMMIT. TO FOLLOW ALL GUIDANCE.
REPEAT : There is a no refund month to month payment policy. If you fail the first month, you are not however obligated or charged to continue for the year.
All payments are up front month to month and final.
However, the Exec Pro Model training is not intended to be stopped after say only a month or two. They are meant to be completed.
YOUR MINDSET WILL DETERMINE IF YOU LAST.
If you don't like to be challenged or directed on what needs to be done, able to follow directions of a TMM, don't submit for Exec Pro level modeling. Your higher rate grants you TWO DIFFERENCES.
A faster course and more personalized training. Not a means to criticize trainer. If you don't like it...simply submit via video any request of consideration to your training and it will be considered. Doing so with a professional etiquette of communication.
Your ability to take critique well will be tested. Your ability to answer msgs or calls will be tested. You will be woken up. You will be told when, how, where, what, etc as any other model. Without debating it.
You will be rushed. Your speed on doing things will be pushed, as well as your endurance in modeling. You'll not be allowed excuses without a drop in score. Unless an emergency with proof. No exceptions.
This is for YOUR OWN SELF-IMPROVEMENT AS A MODEL. NOT A GAME OF CONTROL. It is to help you develop excellent modeling habits. You are the one that read it all first and decided yes. I need this! I need to be challenged. I need to be pushed and motivated in my modeling path.
All training is virtual until further notice when Exec Pro Models are considered for in-person training. This depends on popularity of the Exec Pro Model training. Models must first complete 3 months of any Exec Pro Model training to be considered for such.
Personal VIRTUAL training in self defense and fitness until if ever...personal training.
There is still an introduction video required if model meets all 20 qualifications.
An audition video is still required if you pass the introduction video.
Pay is up front. One payment only via PayPal or Venmo. Include on top of payment any fees to transfer. Instructor must receive full amounts without transfer fee deductions.
Model's contract is for training up to completion of training. Unlike basic to pro models whom may quit anytime.. Exec Pro models sign a binding agreement for up to 30 days. The rest is month to month. Quit any time after. Must complete at least 30 days.
No option to return to be re-accepted if you quit. One chance only. Fix anything required to be fixed. Change anything required to be changed.
She may return as a standard pimn model only. Once you quit Exec Pro Modeling, you can not re-try.
That includes if in person training is offered later.
Model may include a girl friend for double rate with a 10% discount on both. 2 gfs for 20% off. 3 gfs for 30% off. For gold or diamond programs only.
This means training at home or hers or both for each shoot. A photography set up studio is required with lights to start. Other expenses required.
Any other models involved also sign modeling agreement for a contract Agreement and liability release that lasts for length depending on which plan and any girlfriend(s) are involved in. NDA agreement to not copy or reproduce training methods of Pimn. Among other details.
Portfolio Building
Through on-going, daily and weekly training activities, based off that model's schedule, participant members gain the self-assurance needed to perform under pressure in front of the camera.
This helps the member model in developing an impressive multi style portfolio with both photos and videos with personalized training, mentoring and management.
The member receives help on a created eye catching website & portfolios for each style that fully showcases that model's talent and skills.
Director has trained multiple feature film actress / models. Some were top beauty pageant models and magazine cover models.
Her diverse portfolio will showcase multiple styles - how much so depends on which plan - a diverse hairstyle and posing portfolio and once her scores are consistent, a no audition needed Pimn magazine cover and layout featured position. Score must still be progressed.
Magazine cover and layout will not be initiated until that model gets all her scores up to a consistent 90%. DO NOT TRY TO RUSH THE PROCESS.
Where basic to pro models must become qualified, the Exec Pro Model with her plan qualifies automatically, moving her place up to front line positions for future issues.
Fitness training required. Models that qualify must already be close to height and weight proportionate if not already. Not more than 20lbs over or under.
Your trainer can look at you and in one look estimate your approximate weight needed to lose or gain.
You're confident enough in yourself to not be offended by such a correction stated or requested. Willing to stick to a routine given. Willing to document your routines.
Confident women aren't easily offended. They have very thick skin and are completely honest with themselves vs wanting a feel good msg that lies to them.
They have zero issue hearing what they need to change and are willing to make those changes. Confident women do not take fitness needed critique personally.
If you don't need changes in this area, you'll be told so. Critique of your self-image is not meant to be taken personally. It's meant to HELP MODELS.
If you want to hear only a feel good msg, go ask your girlfriend to train you. Your trainer will not sugar coat it.
