Embarking on the journey to becoming a professional model is an exciting and challenging endeavor.

With PIMN, aspiring models can smoothly transition from beginners to pros. This journey is defined by four distinct levels of mastery, each with its own set of skills and experiences.

Level 1: The Beginner Stage

At the novice stage, newcomers are introduced to the world of modeling. This level is all about understanding the basics.

Models learn the importance of presenting yourself professionally through communication etiquette and trainer evaluates your current portfolio. How does any current stand up as a professional model? 

PIMN provides beginners with daily training schedules to get them into the marathon race and training sessions that focus on building a strong foundation.

This includes lessons on walking on root basics. We aren't even focused yet on  photoshoots, and developing a unique personal style. That comes later. No, it may mean for some cleaning slate. 

Essential Skills 

• Professional communication methods 
• Setting your daily and weekly routine that fits your own schedule. 
• Introduction to building bonus portfolios that gives you an extra edge over other models not trained. 
• By beginner level, you should start seeing offers coming to you more if you are following Pimn correctly.
• Pimn earns 10% not 25 or 30% off any shoots that come in for models after they started in Pimn. This is without management. 15% is with management for a paid model member.
• The more you train, the better a model you become and the more you likely will be sought after and noticed. 
• Some models have noticed an increase in model shoot requests within just the first month of being with Pimn. One model recently being offered a $500 photo shoot. Each month, a model will take 10% set aside from each new shoot to send training fees to her model trainer. These are based off her honesty and integrity.
• Pro models have honesty and integrity and don't need to be forced to report their new requested shoots.
• They know these increase because of Pimn and keep track of this. The model trainer fee of 10% off new shoot offers is not a model membership. It is a model trainer rate for hours and hours of time given to that model or group of models. 
  
• Model memberships relate to increasing more than one day a week free training. Let's say a model doesn't feel she is moving fast enough, with only one time a week modeling. She can upgrade to basic membership which, increases her model sponsorship % from 25% to 50% 
• The referral model sponsorship shared % partnership is just an additional way models earn in Pimn. You're not required to become a paid model membership. This is optional.
  

Level 2: The Intermediate Phase

Once the basics are mastered, models move on to the intermediate phase which will take a year. Consider it equal to sophomore year in college.

Pimn actually is as in-depth or more in-depth than a university level modeling. Yet, with Pimn, you literally can start for free. No membership fee required to start or contracts. You will be requested to sign specific agreements while you choose to remain in Pimn. They void out if you decide to leave Pimn.

This stage emphasizes refining techniques and gaining more on-camera experience. It's crucial for models to start building their portfolios with professional photoshoots and diverse looks already from beginner stage. 

PIMN offers tailored feedback and mentoring to help models at this level. Practicing regularly and working on your own  photography and editing skills can enable models to discover they can be much more self sufficient than they have been. 

Building a Strong Portfolio

A compelling portfolio showcases versatility and professionalism. Models should aim to include a variety of looks and styles, highlighting their adaptability and range.

Our TAS had to drop her role due to other school obligations. So disregard contacting prior TAS. The role was not a right fit for her and that happens. Which means, our TAS role is open again. 

Level 3: The Advanced Level

At this stage, models have a solid understanding of the industry and are ready to take on more significant challenges.

The focus shifts towards brand collaborations, understanding fashion trends, and developing a strong personal brand.

PIMN connects advanced models with industry professionals, providing opportunities for networking and growth. This level requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to self-promote effectively.

Level 4: The Professional Stage

The final level is where models truly shine as professionals. They have mastered the art of modeling and are recognized for their expertise and unique style.

This stage involves high-profile engagements and the ability to navigate the industry on a much more professional manner for higher paid shoot offers. 

PIMN supports professional models with career management services, helping them secure  higher potential assignments and maintain a successful career.
