Who We're Looking For

We are seeking passionate individuals who are eager to make their mark in the modeling industry.

Motivated enough to be a team player. Enthusiastic and friendly. Professional and organized is essential. Not afraid to market via videos. 

Whether you're a trendsetter with a unique style or a versatile talent who can adapt to various roles, we want to hear from you! Our ideal candidates are:

1. Self-motivated and disciplined.
2. Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
3. Able to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
4. Able to express communication skills that represent the Pimn professional mindset. See etiquette blog posts. 
5. Always polite and courteous to potential models or in assisting in interviewing other staff or models to hire. Depending on what position you fit best. 
6. Marketing skills, social media management, advertising, earning commissions talking to other women to assist them in propelling their career. 
7. Always respectful to other team members and director. Able to interview models, review and critique auditions. Business management skills. Administrative skills. 
8. Recruiting abilities and providing proper documents for models and knowing well the Pimn methods of qualifications, thorough, detail oriented, networking skills. 
9. No degrees required. Background in modeling a definite plus but not required. Ability to speak and write and read English well. Other languages a plus. 
10. Able to follow direction yet work independently without supervision. Honest and has integrity for handling payments of members. 

    

11. You do not have to have skills in all of the above. Absolutely no criminal background or felonies.
12. No criminal connections. You have a CLEAN social media presence. Free of crude language or images. You are open to learning. No illegal drug users. No toxic personality. 
13. You feel you could bring value to Pimn home, virtual modeling. You wish to Secure a second income.
14. You have a true passion for modeling and you may or may not be a model yourself or x model. 
15. You have model training or management skills. You're definitely looking for remote work. Prior sales experience a plus. 
16. You are open to being a video spokeswoman for Pimn to promote if to bring women to you to process.
17. They come to you! It's better that way vs approaching to ask since that can lead to far more rejections. 
18. You're a creative thinker and open to offer valuable feedback of improvements for Pimn to help models internationally. Do not lie to get accepted or later, you could build up a nice income then get let go and lose your entire network.
19. The director will review any videos submitted for recommendations of improving Pimn. 
20. You have always a very positive mindset. You're able to provide your skills via a video resume' to be considered, expressing your experience and why you'd love to join Pimn. 

How to Get Started

Joining our remote modeling network is simple and straightforward. Start by submitting your video resume' and a brief introduction about yourself.

Once accepted, you'll gain access to direct contact with the Pimn director to help you thrive in the remote modeling world.

Our course is user-friendly and intuitive, ensuring that you can focus on what matters most: showcasing your talent.

With regular updates and support from Pimn director, you'll always feel connected and informed. 

Video resume' must not be shorter than 3 minutes and not longer than 10 minutes. Be sure to add name, age, city, country, background, experience, what motivated you to want to join Pimn.

We may be laid back and this job, is meant to be great fun to work with us, but you are still a professional and polite communicator. Always. If this is too much for you, Pimn isn't for you unfortunately.

Because politeness promotes respectful and respectful promotes something is highly valued. Because Pimn IS worth being valued. As it produces benefits in many ways for many women.
