If by email, it needs to be a video and is for requesting a break or going on vacation.
It's for active models to submit any video requests if...and only if....you are an active Pimn model.
If you're not a Pimn model, the only video we need to see is your resume' video and audition catwalk 360 contour
or weekly submitting of your photo, video shoots and those will be a submission in the group training that you are in.

You may be coached one on one until pimn Director decides which group training you will go into. He needs to see your abilities first.
What your level of membership is. Whether free or a paid model. Etc

Take your own notes if you need to put things into your own format.
Models are expected to make mistakes when initially submitting their first entry or two or three. By third submission, you should start to get the hang of it if not before then.

Some information is repeated. Reason is as a reminder of important points.
We look for the type models that can figure things out for themselves and dont need to ask director or her model sponsor 101 questions.
This will only tell us one thing, you haven't read the content well. And if you have and still don't get it, go back and re-read it until you feel you understand it.
That doesn't mean you can't ask questions here and there. Just do not bombard with questions.
We have others in line. Try your very best to study and digest all content before submitting your initial entry with video resume'

If you ever ask yourself or us...."But that's not how other modeling agency types do it."
Here is the answer you'll get. "We are not an in-person agency. We are currently a home, virtual modeling academy network. We have our own standards models follow. If that is an issue, you're perfectly free to try with them".
Nobody will ever try to verbally, personally pressure you or push you or twist your arm so to speak...to join Pimn. Pimn needs to be a personal choice and you already have a passion to model. This decision can not be forced.

Toxic drama or negative attitudes, rudeness, disrespectful, impolite msgs will get you scored negative and if too many, extracted from Pimn. Losing any further chances to return.
This is one of the most important of tips to remember. If you have a notebook for notes, which, you will if you can qualify with Pimn, this should be on your first page! At the top! It's that vital to retain.
Not accepted type models in Pimn. Leave any negativity or egos off Pimn modeling. If you are the type to quickly criticize...you'll waste time in Pimn.

As a reminder, a Black Pimn Notebook. Carried with you like a cell phone or wallet. Can contain calender, note section, whatever type planner or note book you desire.
It's a weekly or daily modeling journal and will have your own tips to remember. It can be a leather binder journal or a cheap spiral. What ever you can afford or do.
Eventually, we will offer these to buy from a future store among other things for models inside the U.S..

When you audition, follow only the step you're on. Pimn is meant to and has been an enjoyable experience for other models of all levels.
Yes, even ones with ZERO experience! Even magazine cover models. Of which is why pimn formed...because they enjoyed it. They found it enlightening and gained knowledge from Pimn.
Don't allow anyone to make your decision for you. Mature models make their own decisions, as others you may think are out for your success....may secretly not be! May even be jealous or envious of you.
Yes, anyone. Even a bestie.
If new inexperienced models can do this, so can you! Its not meant to be hair pulling. It's meant to be exciting and fun and so fun, you can't wait to tell other women about it!
Ladies, please for the love of youselves...stop listening to naysayers, negative people that never even have been in Pimn and probably will never read everything to know fully what we are all about.
Be mature enough to decide for YOU.
Or you might be like one model that took bad advice and never joined, yet others did.... and while the ones that joined grew...she didn't and struggled for the longest time trying to get into modeling.
Dont make her same mistake! Not always will others you know outside of especially the modeling industry, yet even by others in other modeling industry...will give you the right advice.

She said, its standards are too strict and rediculous and I believed her, yet, I saw other models loving it. Making great progress even!
I so wish I had not listened to her advice, I have been struggling a year to get into modeling now! 😭
I literally wasted an entire year! I now have decided, I'm no longer listening to outside advice for my own path Sir!

No names mentioned who that is. We will never share mistake feedback with your name added unless you want it added...as a help note of advice to other new or current models.
Dont be the one that comes back to put that type of regretful msg in an email or DM or sending us a video to request an audition.

Yes, you may audition. But stop worrying about your past mistakes, we live and learn and just get on it and get it submitted!
"Oh myyyy gosh! Why did I take their advice! They aren't even my friends anymore! And my so called model and her photographer friend online, I should have never agreed with her. She seemed jealous she wasn't in it. No wonder she told me not to do it and it's probably just a scam. She didn't want to see me making more than her as a runway model!"
