If so, it takes stepping forward and contacting us, informing us...you are reading the site and blog and once done, you plan to submit your video intro.  As Pimn will not ask. We present, the rest is up to you.

As we only desire models or potential models that actually WANT THIS, DESIRE THIS, SEE ITS VALUE, ARE MAYBE EVEN FRUSTRATED YOU'VE GOT NOWHERE ELSE WITH OTHER SUBMISSIONS? 

As every day passing that you're still thinking about it, pondering, other women may be stepping in front of you?

Submissions are accepted at the 1st - 3rd and 12th - 15th monthly. 

Understand Your New Path

Now that you've passed the audition, it's crucial to understand the role you've been selected for.

Review any materials or agreements provided by Pimn to get a clear picture of the expectations and responsibilities.

This will help you prepare effectively and ensure you're ready to meet the challenges ahead.

Staying up on reading and re-reading the blog posts to help keep info fresh in your memory is important.

Don't get lazy on this. It needs to continue until you know it all like the back of your hand. Engrain it into memory. 

But yes, celebrate it because not many have the confidence or motivation, drive or passion to step into PIMN virtual modeling.

So many new models have a fantasy about being a professional model, but until they read this blog, just as an introduction to it...to see what it takes, some literally had no idea it was so indepth.

Yes, it is. It's a career field. Top cover models can make 6 figure incomes. But, not without the effort. It will not chase you. It will not fall into your lap and if it does, you're one of the lucky ones or possibly being baited into a scam. 

New models with no experience, especially younger ones, with no training, no mentor, no manager can easily fall into the bait and hook traps of random guys with cameras simply trying to get you alone. Better beware. 

Especially in this era where trafficking is at an all time high. We've already covered this subject in our self-protection section.

Something most modeling agencies do NOT offer models are self-defense training but PIMN DOES! And is why PIMN offers this virtually for its members as an option. Reading safety tips is required. Training is optional. 

This also helps women build alot of self-confidence. Fun fitness and toning. So, you'll be recommended self-defense tip reading at the minimum.

Training is preferred. It's one of the most beneficial types of classes you can ever enroll yourself into.

However, it will cost if you do decide to actually train virtually or in person. No martial arts is free unless you're being taught by a friend or brother, father, uncle, boyfriend, etc 

No modeling school is free. But no modeling school also likely offers a means to earn through affiliate referrals as we do!

Yes, that means....as you're training, once your scores are high enough. typically...within 30 days and you've established a professional Pimn mindset, you'll be offered the option to refer to earn from home. 

How far you take the ball and run with that will be strictly up to you. And once they enroll and you are earning monthly commissions, all you'll need to learn is how to monitor your own referral network. We have a set method of how this is to be done. 

Most women don't realize how fit self-defense can get them for modeling. It is also important to be safe in modeling. Yet, many models ignore this part altogether.

Then later...wonder why they got scared after a potential stalker or attempted intruder. Training that no yoga, no fitness lifting or aerobics will EVER match! 

I know you women who work out in gyms and do yoga hate hearing that but its a cold hard fact. Martial arts training when taken seriously and incorporated into your routine can truly create you to look in the mirror later and go...

WOW, I never thought I had these muscles. I never thought I could look this great. I never have felt stronger! To the point, women have told the trainer they liked it better than their other classes!

See, you'll never know until you try. The key however to such results is CONSISTENCY AND NOT QUITTING! 

Discuss the Details

Your trainer will set up a meeting with you to discuss the details of your role. Ask questions about the training you have read, the brand you will represent, and any specific requirements or guideline basics you will have already read in full in our blog posts. 

This is your opportunity to clarify any doubts and align with your model trainer on starting in Pimn virtual, home modeling.

Be patient as it can take as long as a few days discussing things before you even start your training.

What your budget is. What your current wardrobe is, what styles you plan to pick to model. Where you will be fitness training, will you be solo or in the bestie plan, etc 

Prepare For Training

Preparation is key to success in modeling. Start by maintaining a healthy lifestyle to ensure you're in top shape for photo and video shoots.  Video IS required. 

Focus on a balanced diet, regular exercise, and adequate rest. Your physical and mental well-being are essential for performing at your best.

To be chosen, you will have demonstrated already on video an introduction and a video audition catwalk, 360 contour.

And introducing yourself in your initial video to be selected. As well, demonstrated use of proper etiquette communication standards consistently before even selected.

You will have already demonstrated your personality and ambition, goals, passion, stats, styles you desire, etc 

Enhance Your Skills

Pimn will be training based off your own availability and schedule to hone your modeling skills in many areas.

From hair to makeup, fitness, model posing, photography, lighting, videography, sound, slight editing skills. Etc It's a long journey but worth the ride!

Whether it's posing techniques, runway walking, or makeup application, continuous learning will keep you ahead in the competitive modeling industry.

Engaging with other models and professionals can also provide valuable insights and tips.

Just do yourself a favor and remember that Pimn is not based off any other modeling standards or agency, models mindset whom may be a runway model or other type model. So, don't allow negative feedback to deter you. 

Please, you'll be happier with us! Know what they see? $$$ off of you. Yet, they won't offer you 50% off every membership as we will. So, who really is circling you to hook you? Them or us? 

Once you start consulting with others, if they have any inclination you could be in their agency, are jealous of what all Pimn offers, they will or could try to talk you out of it to join their agency.

There is a lot of model stealing in the industry for models not yet signed on. It is a shark feeding frenzy.

This method however is highly unprofessional, to lure models away from one agency or school into their own. Why do they do this? Money. 

PIMN will never seek to convince ANY unsigned model not to sign up with another nor will we feed you bad info about any specific agency or school.

We may offer what they won't but, we will not bad mouth anyone to win you over. You'll either decide for yourself you want PIMN or you don't. It's black and white with us. 

They may...

Tell you things like, I've never heard of Pimn Modeling, are you sure they are even real? They sound like a scam to me!

Yet, THEY...never even read our site or blog! 

If we don't meet their idea of what is industry standard, then they can feed you lines of trying to influence your decision. This is an under handed practice to swipe models not yet signed on. 

So, don't believe the negative talkers. Those that don't truly know much at all about how Pimn works. Or its true value or how much we have helped models learn about pro level modeling.

WE DON'T CARE IF THEY ARE ENVIOUS IF THAT'S THE CASE AND THEY ARE WRONGFULLY JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS.

As many of the non-professional types will play on your emotions. You don't need fitness or schooling, come with us and you'll make lots of money! This is called manipulating business tactics. 

Every model either learns through schooling or experience and she can't expect to be a top model until she's trained well.

This takes time, patience, effort, dedication, consistency, motivation, a passion, goals, focus, determination, a vision, honesty with self and much more. 

I think the blog speaks for itself. So does our portfolio.

Don't allow others to knock you down before you even get started. We are not them, they are not us. So DO NOT COMPARE US WITH THEM. PIMN is a unique breed all of its own. 

Thats not to say there arent great modeling agencies but anyone immediately talking badly about any specific school or agency without even knowing the details and never having yet read themselves our blog, have zero room to talk or slam Pimn. 

The absolute truth is prior models HAVE loved and missed Pimn.

A GREAT MODEL IS NOT JUST BASED OFF PRODUCING A GREAT IMAGE. IT'S NOT JUST BEAUTY ON THE OUTSIDE BUT BEAUTY ON THE INSIDE. BECOME THE COVER MODEL YOU CAN SEE YOURSELF AS. 

Our scoring and time framed training is to help you become highly proficient as a pro level model. If your trainer sees any form of communication head games, you can have scores deducted.

You may even be suspended for short amounts of time. If this persists, you can be let go. You have limited times to return to model. Only once allowed to return. No 2nd or 3rd times. 

So, don't play any immature communication head games with your trainer, mentor, manager.

In fact, you are to be focused on getting as fast as you can in your communication up to a 24/7 status. It takes an effort. Scored also on your level of manners and politeness. Professional demeanor.

Never take out having a bad day or any stress on your trainer. 

When you get to that level and can answer a msg within a minute 100% every time, politely...regardless where you are, what you are doing, you'll have achieved 100 score on communication etiquette.

The objective is to then keep it that way. Nothing less is desired from a pro Pimn model.

Ha funny. I think she gets it! Sometimes we get the ones with a great sense of humor. 

Yes, I'm x military family club, male suit model. My mother was a runway model manager for many male and female models as far back in the 70s and 80s for military wives. 

So, ...now ya know a bit about the Pimn Director's background. Who also trains the models of Pimn. As well, I am x military. 

Where were we? 

Your trainer will not care about excuses. Who you're with, what you're doing. Pro models have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION ETIQUETTE.

Let your phone be an extension between you and your trainer. Inform others it's very important if with others and it's your model manager, trainer.

Feel free to excuse yourself and step away if you need to for the time that's needed to communicate. Be sure if you're distracted...to inform your trainer.

A sudden request for a great opportunity could be presented that requires your immediate attention. Offers go sometimes to the fastest response.

Not always. But sometimes. And that one time you ignored that txt or email notification could be that time. So, keep your trainer's sound and or vibrate notifications ON 24/7. 

No, that's not going to pop up for you right away or even a few weeks, you'll need to be trained first, show content first, get noticed before such offers if you're a new model.

Some of you may already have a portfolio and it might look OK or good or excellent or maybe it looks bad or not one at all. Every model differs. Each model has a unique status on where she is in terms of her path. 

Some of you have zero experience, some of you a little, soms of you amight have years. Based on where you are, what level youre at will be how we proceed. 

This is another reason why the Pimn model training doesn't work too well if you are often around a significant other.

Eventually, unless they support you 100% of the time...start to get irritated or frustrated, starting arguments. Or spark jealousy of you having to communicate with a trainer. 

It is as vital as your ability to pose for extended periods. It's as vital as you having a professional portfolio.

It's as vital as your fitness level and diet and nutrition. It's as vital as your timeliness and reliability. 

We think we made our point clear in why Pimn has this standard that should start the moment you are accepted.

So, be prepared for changes in that area FIRST. Yes, that means even being woken up and answering your msgs at 3am. 

It takes not placing your schedule over your trainers schedule. You're the student. We are the mentor. 

We aren't here to be tested or trained to become what you desire us to be like. Or to conform to your standards. We are not the model. 

You are.

So, act mature, be consistent, respectful and focused and you will go a long ways with us. We don't have time for rudeness. It won't work within Pimn. If that's you...no need to apply. 

We are here to HELP YOU ACHIEVE THE BEST VERSION OF YOU. SO PLEASE VALUE OUR TIME AND EFFORT TO HELP YOU SUCCEED.

We just do not accept anything less from our models and while we have fun, we also take your training seriously. 

Our standards are strict for this reason. It's called SELF-DISCIPLINE. It's also called...you being one of the best models others have ever worked with or seen.
