WHATEVER YOU LEARN, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PASS IT ON TO EVERY MODEL YOU SPONSOR TO ASSIST HER.

DO NOT TAKE ON MORE THAN YOU CAN HANDLE DAILY! WEEKLY, MONTHLY. SOME CAN HANDLE MORE THAN OTHERS. SOME WILL TAKE LONGER TO LEARN THAN OTHERS.

TAKE YOUR TIME IN GROWING YOUR NETWORK BASED OFF HOW PIMN INFORMS TO STRUCTURE IT.

●The Director's goal ( see team link ) is to grow Pimn to a multi-BILLION dollar, international, remote and eventual in person, office modeling corporation.

●You can grow with us if you are the type that can see that vision too? 

●If there is anywhere a model can move up to an executive pro model position, it's HERE. 

TO EARN HIGHER INCOME IN PIMN REQUIRES YOU TREAT IT LIKE A JOB.

●You must be willing to help assist new models you sponsor. To be part of the Pimn Pro International Modeling Network team. 

●By you helping other women, new models, you're actually helping yourself and your own growth. Remember this if you begin sponsoring other models. 

●Be responsible enough to check emails, DMs, training groups, mon-friday. 

●Be responsible enough once you get to the stage of sponsorship, to answer your models in your own network.

GROW IT ONLY AS YOU KNOW IT. 

TREAT PIMN AS IF IT'S A CORPORATE JOB THAT CAN LEAD YOU TO SIX FIGURES A YEAR. 25K A MONTH. 

THE OBJECTIVE IS YOU DESIRE A FULL TIME MODELING BUSINESS FROM HOME AND YOU ARE PARTNERING ( Based off your own efforts only ) with Pimn. 

●PIMN is not for models that prefer to do porn for pay on o*lyf*ns. We do not promote any type of pornography modeling. If you see any such models connecting to Pimn, we didn't request it.

●They are seeking us for whatever reason. We don't judge their desires to do what they do. That's their own life. But, Pimn doesn't promote porn. 

●We do allow nude art photography, videography, implied nude art videography and photography and Boudoir or lingerie magazine style photography, videography. 

●Do not submit porn links or ( sex action) porn videos to Pimn for review. They will not be reviewed or answered. 

●Pimn is not just industry style fashion modeling. It contains more variety of styles. 

●Pimn models learn networking skills, assisting every model they sponsor. If models complain you're not answering their msgs, emails, helping them, you aren't following Pimn standards.

●You can end up losing that model to corporate!

●Dont lose your own models as pay from them will be lost too! If you feel you cant help other women you bring onboard, Pimn is not for you.

●If you are getting too many models, post in the training group you have an interested model that needs a sponsor. 

●If within 24hrs that model receives no answer directly to her email from another model that will accept her, its up to that model to direct that new model to Pimn director. 

●This modeling can turn into a full time, remote job from home. 

IF DIRECTOR POSTS TO BLOG TO TEMPORARILY PAUSE MODELING...IT MEANS A TECHNICAL ISSUE HAS COME UP.

DO NOT BE INUNDATING THE DIRECTOR'S EMAIL WITH COMPLAINTS OR TO YOUR SPONSOR. 

●For any questions, consult your sponsor model. Keep in mind, she may have a 100+ other models to answer.

●Send only the amount of emails allowed based on your plan. 

●We are currently in beta testing phase so you must be willing to accept that like every new app that goes active online to large numbers will have bugs to work out. 

ALL PAY IS BY COMMISSIONS ONLY. BASED OFF MODELS SPONSORED. 

●If you like Pimn alot and wish to help as a staff, submit a video to Pimn Director directly stating your interest and background for consideration.

●Pay is still based off commissions of sponsorship network.

If you're not checking updates prior to joining us, at least once a week,...you probably aren't serious enough for Pimn.  And once accepted, if you qualify, at least once a day, mon-friday. 

If you've seen all blog posts already and read them all, re-read them the next week until you see a new blog post. That's the level of which Pimn models study.

WHY?

They are HUNGRY TO MODEL AND EARN 6 FIGURES. AND THEY LOVE IT. IT'S A PASSION. They are by no means lazy women.

Highly motivated, highly inspired. Goal driven. They see the value of Pimn.

They see the vision of Pimn. And they fully support and seek to grow and take in as much as possible to grow with Pimn. 

You just might get addicted and not ever want to leave or quit, models have loved Pimn. Pimn is not a place you are seen as just a number. Your name....if you make the cut....will be noticed by the director and all other Pimn models and outside of Pimn in other modeling industry. 

Pimn pro models are a minimum of $500 a day models for photo, video shoots. This does not relate to sexual acts. $1000 a day total. As all models pro and higher are 50/50 split partners with Pimn. 

No other modeling academy or agency will offer you what we offer you in terms of treating you right.

The Director's goal is that you will be anxious to share Pimn, just because you absolutely love it and it's benefits!

Any unsatisfied models have an open door policy to the Director. Long as you submit it on video and your issue is always worded politely, professionally and still respectful in how you submit your issue to us. Not in anger. 

Any staff are independent contractors as are models of Pimn. You are responsible for your own 1099 taxes off any earnings. Keeping in mind, any expenses you invest if you itemize as a home business can be tax deductible.
