Is This a Pyramid Scheme or MLM?
No, it is not.

This program is built as a simple, legal affiliate partnership. Here's exactly how it works:

When you join, you pay $100 per month for full access to all the training — fitness routine mandatory, self-defense ( optional service offered virtually ) modeling, makeup, styling, and confidence coaching.

For every woman you personally introduce who joins and pays her $100 monthly membership, you receive $50 of that payment every single month, for as long as she stays a member.

You earn only on the women you directly bring in. You do not earn anything from the people they bring in.

There are no levels, no downlines, and no multi-level commissions.

It's exactly like being a salesperson for the company. The more women you personally help and enroll, the more monthly income you earn. Your income depends only on your own effort.

This structure is 100% legal because commissions are paid solely on direct enrollments — the same way legitimate affiliate programs and sales teams operate.

The company earns its 50% share to cover all the training, community, and ongoing support we provide.

These numbers assume a $100 monthly membership where you keep $50 recurring from each woman you personally bring in.

Some ladies casually share with friends and land 5–10 members.

You do not have to promote it. You can simply do the model training. If you want to eventually replace your job, I recommend the $100 a month sign up and learning Pimn as much and as fast as able to for approval, to be allowed video promoting. 

There is a process to being the best at promoting it and you do not want to promote it until you have at minimum....been in Pimn for 30 days.

Is there a free option? YES, but if you do free then after 30 days ( the minimum amount of time required to submit your sample video promo to be approved ) you'll only earn 10% off your own paid in models. You can do it this way but only earning $10 vs $50 monthly off each model.

You DO need to qualify for Pimn before you can start. There are questionnaires to fill out and a step by step process to be approved by Admin to see if you are Pimn material. 

You will need also a video submission resume' and a video 360 contour pose and catwalk to camera and back to turn to face camera. 

Please disregard errors on blog, it is daily being updated and repairs or maintenance. Yet, it is still active. 

We are limited staff and hiring for ( higher % ) commission only admin only staff. Admin are 90% commissions. The other 40% is to cover their time as admin from home. 

Currently hiring for Executive Assistant / Talent Aquisition Specialist which has been offered to one so far.

If she accepts, that position will be filled and a new admin position will open to assist her. Pimn is very picky in who is chosen for Admin and trusted to work for Pimn. 

Admin applies currently to USA based women with administrative/ management experience only. Or if a prior pimn model you can be considered, even if not in USA.

You must be a prior model if outside USA to be considered for Admin, work from home 90% commission. $90 per model enrollment.

Training is as you go and is not a payroll type position. All will be a 1099 contract position. Until further updates and Dallas studios are formed as complete. 

The first admin roles will be in the running for the GEMM position. GLOBAL EXECUTIVE MODEL MANAGER- 2nd from CEO / FOUNDER.

Only one can fill her shoes. She will be a top producer, know Pimn very well, fast learner, highly communicative with etiquette of Pimn standards applied as an example for all other admin. 

Our goal will be global. Our initial goal is DFW HQ office studios when we have enough admin and models and revenue. Until then, we remain fully remote. 

The GEMM must live local to DFW Texas. 

Males can be considered for Admin only. Not modeling. Pimn is not designed to support male models. No foreign out of USA male or female admin unless a prior female model. 

We are not discriminiating because we ARE offering males in USA admin positions but not modeling, only because the course is designed for women models. 

decisions are not based off race or religion or location or age unless under age 18 or over age 65.
