PIMN : Pro International Modeling Network-Earnings Breakdown and Membership Level %
Earning potential in Pimn through our affiliate model referral program and how it can replace jobs with a remote modeling position / potential future office and home position.

SIMPLE BREAKDOWN
You as a free member first at 10% monthly off every paid in basic level membership.
You sponsor in and help enroll and answer questions for 30 days to each model you refer in. But you didn't pay in yourself.
10 models at a basic membership earns you $100 monthly vs
Free earns 10% of any amount your sponsored model ( pays in. )
She can be free. If so, you don't earn unless THAT model upgrades to earn a % commission from affiliate model referral program.
$10 a month membership, you earn 15%
$20 a month membership, you earn 20%
$30 a month membership, you earn 25%
$40 a month membership, you earn 30%
$50 a month membership, you earn 35%
$60 a month membership, you earn 40%
$70 a month membership, you earn 45%
$100 a month membership, you earn 50%
Your % is based strictly off ONLY whom YOU refer in. Nobody else. No multi levels. You earn that % based off each models individual level of membership. Every model will be different.
You'll need to do the math yourself for what % of her membership goes to you and how much of that you send to pimn for her.
Let's say she is a $30 a month member but you are a free member. You keep $10 and send $20 to Pimn for HER. You are her sponsor model so you manage her membership.
If say you are a $30 a month member and she enrollment at $40 a month, your % is 25% of $40 a month off her payment. You'd earn $10 a month. The remainder $30, you'd send to Pimn monthly.
You can not earn more than 50% unless you are an admin model or admin. If an admin model, your % continues to grow up to 90%
If you are starting out in just an admin role, your % starts at 75% and all is commission of your referrals.
Both an admin model ( women who do both ) and admin alone ( women who don't model ) can go up to 90% commissions.
So let's use Jane as an example from Redondo Beach, CA who Is a pro member model paying monthly $100.
She has five model friends she enrolls in at $100 each. She makes 50% off each. $50 x 5 or $125 a month. She Is now earned her monthly membership back and the rest is profit. Earning her $250 a month with a profit of $150 monthly raise she just gave herself.
Jane then sponsored in over a month's time ten more models at $100 each. Earning her $500 + the $150 for her month raise of $650
Month 2, Jane is getting the hang of this and is daily reading blog to learn it well and she is handling all her model enrollments processing herself and she is modeling once a week. Building her own modeling content.
She is getting faster at everything and better at everything so her 2nd month, she enrolls in 15 more models. She profits just for that month $750 + her $650 for a total of $1400 a month.
Every month. She's answering questions for her models, she's reminding them of their dates to pay memberships because she has notated everything, has a binder with each model's profile info she stores online.
She updates her spreadsheet on every model and their membership and date they started, name, city, country, level membership, etc etc

Month 3, she is more efficient now and enrolls 20 models at an extra $1000 profit a month for her.
She is convincing every model to do the $100 a month plan. Her monthly now is $2500 and she is managing 50 models at 50%. Jane's goal is to surpass her job income of 5k a month.
By month 6, Jane has a 100 models in her own network she helps each for 30 days. Beyond that, they are on their own and they only communicate to Jane to chit chat and talk modeling and maybe some are planning meet-up modeling party. Talk about goals as Jane now holds once a month model meet ups too. All of her local models attend it. 25 of them.
Jane is now making as a Pimn model 5k a month and by her intermediate level, she will have multiple style portfolios and much more related to her progress of modeling and by year 1, reaching a goal of 200 models and 10k a month. Jane can take it as high as she wants to grow her partnership network within Pimn.
Who knows, maybe she by then has her own Pimn offices in LA as a Pimn city or state model manager working herself up to executive regional and national model manager could put her into the 50k a month bracket. And having sponsored in herself a 1000 models.
All helping women help other women work from home modeling. As we get the heavy hitters, plans are to expand out from Pimn HQ studios in Dallas to other major cities. Domestic and abroad.
PIMN TAUGHT JANE SHE IS VALUED UNLIKE HER PRIOR JOB, HARDLY A RAISE, JUST ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WITH LIMITED GROWTH. IN PIMN, SHE KNEW THE SKY WAS HER LIMIT. IT WAS ALL WHAT SHE HERSELF WANTED TO DO.
Not only did Jane master 25 modeling styles and become a pro executive model for Pimn, she learned as she went administrative and model management skills with future bonuses or vacations, awards, cars,cash bonuses, yearly events at cool places where models and admin gather.

We want POSITIVE ONLY MODELS OR ADMIN THAT SEEK TO HELP EACH OTHER SUCCEED.
Any sign of negativity, hate, gossip, etc, that model runs a risk of being warned then suspended with a 3 strikes your out policy.
Be polite, friendly, helpful, courteous, respectful, professional, social, motivated, positive minded, etc and an excellent communicator and you'll do GREAT!
Jane far surpassed her job and now can sit back and just model and knows all her models are versed enough that she doesn't need to remind them of anything.
Her referred models know if they don't pay in, they get suspended from Pimn for 7 days.
Can't do anything. Can't promote, can't earn, can't model. 2nd time no pay is 14 days.
You'll have a 3 day grace period.
By 3rd time not paying on time, it's 21 day suspension. By 4th time is 30 days. By 5th time, it's a ban. No longer allowed to be in Pimn. We give PLENTY OF TIMES TO BE FAIR.
Each payment is paid in full to sponsor model if s sponsor model withholds any % of payment to Pimn, she too can be suspended. She too had 3 days to submit her model's payments all by end of month, not day by day.
She will send in her network screen shots to show her exact number of models and their membership level. I hate using level because people start thinking oh it's an mlm. No, it's not.
So you're far better off coming in at a pro model rate than a basic model for free. The more you self invest, the more your return % monthly.
That's a basic break down of potential earnings. At 90%? As models earn more, they invest more up to for now, the limit is $100 a month.
Free model can model once a week
$20 models 2 x
$30 models 3 x
$40 models 4 x
$50 models 5 x a week
$60 models 6 x a week
$70 models 7 x a week
$100 models 10 submissions per week
Adding $499 is for website
But once created, you'll manage it and update it. These are only allowed for $100 a month models.

No, we do not yet take credit card or debit card payments. All in paid memberships must be able to have a digital payment platform source that is compatible with USA PayPal, venmo or cash app. Foreigners might have issues. It depends on your country.
What about wire transfers? Thats up to you and your model sponsor and or who you sponsor.
