PIMN is re-activated to accepting again modeling auditions and submissions.

IF a models is offered a PIMN door and she refuses the first time offer without requesting more time to think on it or review Pimn content... and just stops responding, the Pimn opportunity is no longer available for that potential model. 

If she.... on the other hand, communicates professionally like a real model would, she will discover the Pimn door is unlocked for her at any time. 

There is a communication etiquette to professional modeling. Part of that is showing the other party a respectful, polite and professional nature. 

It's all about a bit more effort into your method of communicating and never burning bridges. 

Ghosting is only if ever harassed or stalked, spoken to unprofessionally by another. If you are not able to communicate regularly, it's simply respectful and professional to inform clearly the other person. 

If your boundaries are broken, simply remind them of your situation vs ghosting as they may be either unclear of your status or simply trying to reach you. Don't be quick to judge people trying to communicate. 

It takes two people to communicate their needs effectively and helps to avoid any misunderstandings. 

Being patient is professionalism but not breaking your boundaries. Long as they are trying to show they are understanding, don't be quick to dismiss someone interested in working with you. 

This is where having a trainer, mentor, manager comes in to be the middle man or middle woman so you do not need to always communicate with a potential hiring situation.

It helps you look far more professional to have this and is safer for models. Going it alone is like a woman diving overboard into waters she has no clue how many sharks are circling around under her, watching her swim. 

Don't jump into the first offer of pay without knowing first the shoot, when, where, how, who, what, etc and never show up unescorted to any remote auditioning location.

There are far too many trafficking traps set for women where they know lying about CASH PAID gets bites.

You'll see it yourself, soon as the hook is thrown in with bait, all the models or potential models will swarm the money offer. 

This is a self protection tip for new or experienced models even. You must in this era be extra careful.

Having any form of self protection training is protecting yourself. If possible self-protection device as well. Keep in mind, some traps are disguising themselves as if they are a well known brand company. 10s of 1000s of women are going missing yearly due to trafficking. This is NOT a problem to just ignore.

Who knows, maybe even consider moving to Texas! DFW area has the highest number of people moving here from anywhere in the USA due to so many opportunities here! 

But that choice is up to you.
