Here is a list of common administrative positions within Pimn modeling school ( Virtual and in-person modeling academy or training program that teaches posing, runway skills, portfolio development, and industry basics).

ADMIN POSITIONS IN PIMN 

Director/Principal/Head of School: Oversees overall operations, curriculum, and strategic direction. Founder and creator of Pimn. Already taken.

ANY IN BOLD LETTERING ARE THE ONLY ONES AVAILABLE AND OPEN AND ARE COMMISSION AFFILIATE REFERRAL EARNINGS.

Other admin positions NOT IN BOLD are not available or open. 

GEMM - Global Executive Model Manager / is an Exec assistant to Director too until Exec assistant is filled : starting % is 75% commission up to 90% does not need to be a paid member and has option to model if she so chooses. 

Supports the director and handles day-to-day management & refers models, processes models.

Responsible for training all new admin or model admin or sponsor model roles. 

Has been offered to one already and she has about 5 days to decide of she wants it. Able to accept it. Is 2nd highest position in Pimn. 

A sponsor model is simply a model who does only modeling and sponsoring in other models. 

An admin model is a model whom desires to move up within the company into office type admin and executive admin roles. It's an immediate higher percentage earning to come in as a sponsor model. Vs free. 

Sponsor models or model admins and admins are all investor members to Pimn. Kinda like buying stock into a company for a return on your investment or like investing crypto for a return. I prefer to use the stock investor analogy. 

Your membership is more of an investment into you. It determines your shared profit partnership % just like how much you invest into stocks of other companies can determine your ROI ( return on investment ) being a crypto and stock investor myself. 

We just ao happen to offer a set % return based off your investing into Pimn. Would an investor earn much who wanted stock for free? Nope. Yet, we still beat that. We offer a 10% return even if free member simply as a thank you for joining us and being a member. 

STILL CONFUSED? KEEP READING. THE MORE YOU STUDY PIMN, THE MORE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND IT. IT JUST CAN'T BE PUT INTO WORDS IN A FEW SHORT TEXTS OR EMAILS. WE ARE JUST TOO IN-DEPTH. 

MANY go to a university and study daily and take tests and have to discipline themselves for 4 years to get into a career that pays.

The career comes first! Long as you have atleast shown us you have the ability to read and learn and model and  communicate effectively with SERIOUS INTEREST....THEN WE WILL BE INTERESTED HIGHLY IN YOU. Even if admin only. Not even a model. 

Most of your studying comes as any company that pays you would expect to do. Its not just modeling, its not just an agency, its not just blog reading, its not just getting paid. It is a career. 

Keep in mind, you are contacted as if an intern, willing 24/7 to assist with any issues or needs. I reiterate 24/7 due to Pimn being international. 

Why does a sponsor model start out at 75% commissions vs 50% as a standard model? It's the extra work involved. Standard models do not wish to be disturbed for admin assisting of Pimn. Their rate starts at 10% for free membership and works up to 50% 

Only admin models surpases 50% as these roles go up to 90% off referral enrollments as well as potential bonus pay and other incentives for top producing admin models. 

Standard models simply want to train and model and accept to do so according to Pimn standards and qualifications.

THE FOLLOWING ( IN BOLD ONLY ) POSITION IS OPEN CONCERNING ADMIN ROLES.

Admissions Director/Coordinator: Manages student enrollment, applications, interviews, and recruitment. 

Registrar: Handles student records, scheduling of classes, and enrollment data.

Academic/Program Director: Develops and oversees the modeling curriculum, instructors, and training programs.

Finance/Business Manager or Accountant: Manages budgets, tuition, billing, and financial reporting.

Human Resources Manager/Coordinator: Handles staff hiring, payroll, and personnel issues.

Marketing/Public Relations Manager: Promotes the school, handles advertising, and manages social media or events.

Office Manager/Administrator: Coordinates daily administrative tasks, supplies, and facilities.

Receptionist/Front Desk Administrator: Greets visitors, answers phones, and provides initial student support. 

Student Services Coordinator: Assists with student advising, career guidance, and support services.

Compliance/Operations Coordinator: Ensures regulatory compliance, safety, and facility management. 

Models NA ( non admin - modeling only ) / Admin Models AM / Sponsor Models SM - open always.
