Pimn models are typically ferocious readers and doers. They are top scale of action takers and train to do things self-sufficiently quickly.
Constantly improving on their speed of submissions and communicating as well as their level of reliability, professionalism and communication respectfulness and etiquette by their practicing with their trainer, mentor, manager.
They don't react off emotions and their goal is never to show negative personality traits.
This isn't about forcing anyone to do anything they don't already choose to do for themselves. Pimn models chose US. Almost always wanting to return to it if they left it.
Why? Because they also had fun with it. Saw it's value.

Pimn models are not in Pimn or follow standards by their being pushed into it.
They are also very free to quit any time or pause it any time. They control their own set schedule. But once it's set, they stick to it.
Trainer is help to keep them on track, to be a mentor, guide, instructor, to monitor their progress and rate them.
If ever too hard, too challenging, they can pause it for as long as needed. Pimn is 100% the model's choice.
We are here to keep her following that choice and to stick to it and help her remain self-disciplined to become an elite pro model that can run circles around even other brand industry pros in ways that drop jaws.

Such as hearing feedback like.....
"Wow, Never seen a model like her. She is unbelievable. I've worked with magazine or top, fashion models before but wow...she beats them all, hands down.
Fastest, most confident and professional model I've literally EVER worked with! Most beautiful too! I'll work with her again ANY TIME.
Very respectful of others on set. Knew her stuff. Ready when called. Never once a bad thing to say about anyone. So professional!
You just don't often see that these days! More so just rudeness and disrespectful or ungrateful attitudes."
