If ever informed by your trainer to train on specific areas, this is not a strike against you personally or your over all appearance.
Don't take it as one. It's simply a standard that all PIMN Models follow and while routines may vary in length or type, all is part of training, no different than learning how to pose for an hour with minor breaks every 15 min.
It's far easier to pose for extended periods if your fitness it up to par. You're not in competition with any other models. This is about YOUR OWN PATH to pro level.
If measurements are requested or you're informed to focus more on a specific area, it's meant to help you never meant to criticize you.
ALL PIMN MODELS are required fitness and to be observant of their diet and nutrition. Fitness health and diet health goes hand in hand with the path you chose to follow.

A fitness trainer doesn't push their clients by being easy or letting them slack off. Right? If they did, that fitness trainer wouldn't be a good trainer.
The best trainers will be honest, up front and help motivate you. Help push you and keep you consistent.
They rarely take No for an answer when their client says, I just really don't feel up to it today or tonight....that trainer will rarely say, "Oh, ok, sure. No problem. Let's skip today. Go chill out on the couch and grab yourself a bowl of ice cream and some chips and go watch a movie tonight. Ok?"
No, they will say, "excuse me? Did I just hear you say, you don't feel like it? Sorry, no excuses, get changed and let's GO!"
I know so, as your Pimn Director, x fitness fitpro personal trainer, I've trained 272 women whom most all...when I pushed them to get into the gym, stop giving excuses, they later thanked me laughing. Glad that I didn't let them slack off. Is why they hired me for 65 an hour.
Don't focus on the negative, on the current feeling of not up to it. Focus on the after effect and the goal you seek personally or that your trainer sees you need to achieve.
So....point is....it's about goals and meeting them and I don't accept excuses. Get on it and let's get you to those goals!

When you get addicted to not missing training, that's when you know you're winning that race. When you start turn down in your mind, no way am I missing my workout today, tonight, etc...then you are on the right mindset. You're there! The rest....is smooth sailing.

Video / photo shoots before you get sweaty can go into your fitness portfolio. Meaning, you are looking video / photo shoot worthy when you start to do a fitness portfolio which is one of the 3 style mandatory portfolios for all models other than hair style portfolio and posing portfolio.
Yes, models do so even when they are weeks or months away from achieving goals. You'll only be using any shots or video for a public portfolio once you have achieved all fitness goals and that includes any body sculpting such as weight training for muscle toning.
Adding a fitness portfolio can get you future fitness modeling paid offers. You'll think creatively the more you do, the better you'll get at it.
Don't get other people in your videos or photos and don't delay others in public on machines or cause others workouts distractions if you decide to do yours at the gym. Best workout, fitness photo / Video shoots are done at home or in a space not crowded.
If too crowded to do a video, send a photo and a txt. Never give your phone to a stranger to take shots for you. A small, clamp to clamp phone to a vertical bar with nobody behind you is best.
Avoiding tripods and lights in a public gym. Don't be the one others roll eyes at by interrupting others.
Your best shoots for fitness will be at home and if you need to shoot your start video at home, it's full body video Journaling front and side. Front and other side. This records your own progress.
When submitting intro and ending video clip, have bare wall background. Do not shoot video or photos of your model fitness training in crowded gyms.
Reserve it for when it's times of least number of gym members present. Or reserve it for home with a fake gym background, adding In real mat and real minor exercise items.
Adding ankle weights, barbells, resistance bands, etc. Your background is edited in a fitness shoot unless you have the gym area to yourself with no interruptions. You'll need to be the judge of that.

So all safety is your own responsibility. As well as any women reading pimn blog posts that utilize any info into their own modeling.
That includes outdoor fitness shoots too. Such as not being in dangerous areas while doing so. Not just outdoor fitness shoots but any type of outdoor, indoor photo video shoots.
TRAIN AND SHOOT SAFELY! ALWAYS SAFETY FIRST.
Nobody ever said being great was easy. It never is and there is no short cuts to being a pro in ANYTHING YOU DO.
Ask any top paid pro model, they'll tell you that's a fact. It's very challenging and only the most persistent women will cross the finish line.
