1.Pimn models get daily training,mentoring, critique and potential long-term model management.
No school models have to seek that out and syphon who to choose. It can become a hard decision on which to go with.
2.Pimn models do everything from home. Modeling, makeup, hair, wardrobe, photography, videography, editing. Pimn models get to start soon as they are approved if they meet qualifications.
Non-Pimn models have to seek out these people to help them unless they already are signed on with an agency and got a job offer. Many have to wait to hear back. Sometimes weeks or months that leads to frustration.
"Geeze, why haven't they got back to me, it's only been like three weeks already. Should I email, should I not, should I just disregard my submission. WHY haven't they got back to me yet!"
Seen these comments on social media over and over and over. Asking random strangers, please help! What do I do! I'm so frustrated. You can see it enough on reddit!
3.Pimn models get to pick their styles they want to model starting out and gradually progress adding other styles they want to try. No pressure to do any styles the model will not feel comfortable with.
Non-Pimn models that actually get hired, some waiting as long as six months or a year don't often get to pick.
They are offered pay but that pay may include doing styles the model really isn't comfortable with doing. Pressured by the up front money.
4.Pimn models get to pick the schedule that works for them and dedicate however much time they want as long as they stick to what they tell their TMM. ( Trainer, mentor, manager)
Non-Pimn models don't often get that luxury. They are often stepping into a rigorous schedule that is demanding, fast paced and could be more than they bargained for with getting signed on.
Careful what you wish for! Pimn allows models to get accustomed to this over time and trust me when I say, if you're not use to it and new, you'll see through training how staying on schedule to fit everything in can be demanding on you.
But, if you want to model and be good, you got to pressure test yourself and there is no better way than through Pimn. We are unique in how we do things.
It has made a few NEW models truly respect the pro level models more because they are now on a modeling training schedule.
They have to answer all msgs promptly, stay on fitness routine, stay on shoot schedule, figure out what times are best for them. It truly gives the new model an eye opener!
"Oh gawd, I'm late to my shoot, I hope they don't let me go over this and replace me! I don't think they care my dog died!"
They'll just say sorry to hear your loss but, need you here. Now. Or I'm sorry, we will have to get another model."
"WHAT! They don't even care!"
No, they won't. They have a shoot to do and you better be there. Pimn prepares you for such things. Pimn still will hold you to your word on you wanting to still model. But you'll have more flexibility. Because you're not just a number to Pimn. You will be to others.
Pimn will care. Pimn understands life issues. Models can at any time pause their training without reprocussions by simply submitting a video request to be late and reschedule or they need to pause modeling for x amount of time.
Yes, we take your training seriously but we understand your issues.
All you need to do is communicate exactly your needs politely.
No, it wont effect your score. Only if you don't communicate your requests as required.
If a personal or family related emergency, you may do the video after and with a quick video to explain.
An up front txt that you're sick or whatever reason means...soon as you're able, you'll send your video explaining more. Simple.
5.Pimn models get to have the convenience of modeling in the privacy of their own home and can feel fully comfortable doing so without others they've only just met all around them, judging their every move.
Non-Pimn models have to learn to adapt quickly and being around others they never met and the pressure is on to perform as they are being paid.... but if the model doesn't have all her act together, she can quickly see it's harder than she ever imagined.
Long hours, sore feet in high heels, quickly changing, running and hustling. They are paying you and you best perform well.
No room for much failure. If a model never has been schooled on what to be ready for...she may quickly be feeling STUCK. Seeing these comments often on social media.
"They want me to do this and do that and I haven't received this or that. They want more money to update my portfolio and I just feel stuck and frustrated! Please help! Anyone?"
Seen this many times! Models feeling stuck into agreements and feeling like they aren't getting much out of being signed on with an agency.
That's not always. But it is at least 50% of the time. So, don't want Pimn? Then go roll your dice and chance it elsewhere. It's your call.
Trust us, these comments are more common than you think! If you're not thick skinned and trained to hustle, you may not last long!
Not every model that auditions for paid jobs are truly ready for that grind. ARE YOU?
Better know what you're signing up for when it comes to being paid to model.
They are in business to make money and your excuses won't fly too far with real life. Pimn prepares you for that reality vs you diving head first into the fire from the frying pan.

Do know, new standards are...if you fail to communicate, you can be dropped from ever returning to Pimn, unless with a very good video explaining WHY you didn"t communicate.
OR suspended. Depends on if its 3 strikes. After 3 times, yes, you will be let go. Lacking communication is the worst thing you can do in any modeling. Especially here.
Pimn, while it has its lax points....also has to hold up to its standards of reliability of models, regardless what stage or phase they are in.
Models CAN lose their spot for magazine cover model if their score drops too low and they do not stay consistent. Reliable.
Rudeness and delays of communications will get you let go, politeness and communicating will keep you in. Respectfulness and courtesy keeps you showing you value Pimn.

It's really pretty simple. It's about being a professional and smarter and more mature in how you relate to others.
Use of courtesy projects you to be more intelligent. The more courtesy, politeness, respectful you are...the smarter you are projecting to be. Even to your trainer.

All models follow at Pimn corporate business level etiquette standards. If that's a struggle for you, Pimn isn't for you. Some models have questioned this standard.
We don't train models based off any one opinion of any model or her likes or dislikes. Especially models whom have little or no professional experience.
At the same time....Pimn wants you to enjoy it and gain experience and knowledge. That's why we have standards to follow. Like any other modeling school or agency.
All that and yet, most models STILL COME BACK AND SAY, "I'VE REALLY MISSED MODELING, MAY I COME BACK SIR?" But they must submit a video request for returning. Txt won't fly. Email won't fly. Show you truly want it.
If they've not given us much of a head game....the answer will be yes, you got one more chance, make it count!
Pimn Pro etiquette helps you become an excellent communicators and a smarter communicator and a more mature communicator. And that gets YOU far more attention and far more noticed than those that are lazy in how they do so.
A model's level of laziness or energy can literally be projected by how she communicates. Are you projecting you're lazy or energetic?

First one is lazy
2nd one is not.
So fix it if you wish to help yourself stand out as a more mature and more intelligent woman vs the lesser types who don't change or unwilling to change.
