**Modeling Industry Processes: Academy Model Training Network**

**PIMN Modeling Academy Process:**

1. **Initial Consultation**: Discussion of modeling goals, potential, and academy programs. 

2. **Enrollment and Contract Signing**: Registration for personal training or group classes of online course; signing of enrollment agreement.

Non-binding. It expires if you ever quit. If you return, it becomes active again. If you quit a 2nd time, it becomes void.

Yep! No binding contracts that keep you in Pimn if you ever decide to leave modeling. Unlike modeling agencies where you're held to that legal contract duration.

Why hold anyone bound to any organization if later their life changes and they don't want to or can't do what they use to do?

Forcing models to continue when they can't or don't want to is not a business ethical practice.  Letting her go...is. If that's what she wants.

Modeling agreements can still keep the Manager, mentor, trainer, school under an understanding of terms and conditions, policies and standards.... without binding a model into something she later has no choice but to leave. 

And that's a PIMN business pro etiquette standard that NO agency out there has.. Can almost guarantee it.

There is no agency or school out there that has a 100% perfect record of 100%.

Cant please everyone all the time. That door is still open for her to retry to communicate if she so chooses. 

3. **Modeling Fundamentals Training**: Learning posing techniques, facial expressions, walking styles, and basic modeling skills. Tips, wardrobe types, shoe types. 

4. **Photography and Portfolio Development**: Creating a professional portfolio through guided photoshoots and editing sessions the models do from home on their own schedule. 

5. **Runway and Catwalk Training**: Mastering walking techniques, turns, and poses for fashion shows and events only if that model fits runway look standards. If she doesn't, there's still light work done on this to work on model walking methods. But her focus won't be on runway style modeling unless that's her primary focus. 

● Pimn Director is x male suit fashion model since the age of 7 and his mother was a fashion model manager for military wives. 

6. **Grooming and Skin Care Education**: Learning skincare routines, hair care, and makeup techniques for modeling standards. The model's private portfolio will contain many hair and makeup styles.

Pimn models have some of the most in-depth of portfolios by time they are at year 4.

Of which, they also, save off line in case a portfolio is ever lost. She has all backed up on a memory card, the cloud or computer file or external drive. 

7. **Fitness and Nutrition Guidance**: Receiving advice on exercise regimens and healthy eating habits for optimal physical condition. As a regular daily mon-friday fitness routine is required by all Pimn models. 

The routine needs to change up weekly so the body doesnt get accustomed to one routine. 

Fitness primarily includes ab, upper chest, thighs, calves and buttox exercises. As well as cardio.

Stretching help tighten and tone. Regardless of models fitness level. Light weights and 3 sets of 15 reps. The goal is an hour a day. 

How much the model starts with is based off what she can physically handle daily and working up to that hour goal 5 days a week. 

Your image is your dollar potential. The better you look, the more chances of your being noticed and offered. Amateur models dont bother but pro models take their image seriously. 

a Pro model's goal is to become as fit as she's ever been. And she takes that effort very seriously. She prioritizes it.

Models are held to their routines in fitness by submitting a quick 15 to 30 sec video every time they train to show trainer they are staying consistent.

A txt is sent when done training.  No excuses. Get into the gym or into your aerobic work out at home as it IS part of your over all weekly score. Models are responsible for their own safety when working out. 

8. **Business Skills and Marketing Training**: Understanding contracts and self-promotion strategies such as video reviews to public. 

9. **Portfolio Review**: Submissions weekly of image, video portfolio evaluation. Again, no exceptions once you submit your schedule, that's stuck to. Any deviation reduces weekly score. 

Models start at 50 score and can go up or down. A Pimn model's objective is to increase her score to 100 weekly. Vs dropping it to 40s or 30s.

This is not good. It means you're slacking off. Pick it up. Your trainer, mentor, manager is here to help you reach goals. Free models have less interaction than paid membership models. Less help.

You'll be bluntly told to pick it up on your motivation or schedule if slacking off so expect that. Don't take it personal, take it as your trainer pushing you to Excell and succeed and be your best YOU. 

10. **Ongoing Support and Guidance**: Continuous mentorship and career guidance post-graduation.

**Modeling PIMN Process:**

1. **Scouting and Initial Meeting**: Discovery by scouts or initial contact representatives. 

2. **Portfolio Review and Assessment**: Evaluation of modeling potential through portfolio examination & recommended changes. 

3. **Contract Signing**: Signing of exclusive modeling contract with any offers and terms and conditions. You'll still be in association to Pimn as a hired contract model to model from home. 

4. **Model Profile Creation**: Development of model profile and a website and internal database. For paid models only. Up to a limit. Otherwise, model takes over her site. But remains with Pimn.

Unless she decides to go her own way. Losing her benefits with Pimn. Once she quits, she can't refer to ask her x trainer or manager for further help. 

We can not sign on models already signed on with others. You must be fully independent. We don't train models that have anyone else controlling their ability to model what, who, where, when, how.

This interferes with her modeling and growth. Be fully aware of this. Is why single models are best candidates.

Director has made only one exception to this standard and that's between him and that over seas model. 

5. **Submission to Clients**: Pimn submits model's portfolio and profile to relevant clients for booking consideration. Includes potential cover magazine modeling offers that be high paid modeling. 

ANY MODEL that agrees to want to do in-person modeling is fully responsible for her own safety.

Pimn doesn't babysit models in what they decide as grown women to do in terms of offers.

She too must thoroughly research the offer. To verify it's legit along with Pimn. If it proves to be a well crafted scam...that model is fully responsible for her safety and any funds.  

For example, the Pimn Director isn't going to fly to Paris to check out a casting call for models for a magazine offer that's paying select models 10k for 5 shoots.

That's the model's risk. Pimn trainer or manager or director is unable to be there in person. 

Beware of the schemes, cons, scams, traps. Even some are bait and hook to lead models into trafficking. You must be fully aware it is 100% legit and safe.

This is why Pimn prefers models to do any contract outside offers from HOME. No dangers in travel or losing money or otherwise risking your safety.

So, if a model goes outside of Pimn's recommended way...the rest is on her. Even if she shows up as a Pimn model vs independent. 

6. **Booking and Job Coordination**: Pimn coordinates modeling jobs, negotiates rates, and manages scheduling.

7. **Model Guidance and Support**: Pimn provides ongoing guidance on modeling technique, grooming, and career development. Resume" assistance is for paid models. 

Free models get limited assistance in modeling and is by no means a full service to any model.

Training a model to pro is very time consuming and no instructor can give away their time for free. 

8. **Commission-Based Earnings**: Model earns income from bookings, with Pimn deducting commission fees. Offers pay Pimn, Pimn pays model her % based on her status of membership. 

9. **Contract Renewal or Termination**: Periodic contract review, potential renewal, or termination based on performance and mutual agreement.

A Pimn model's agreement continues for as long as she decides to stay IN Pimn, even if only paused. But not if she quits. 

10. **Pimn Representation Duration**: Ongoing representation until model leaves Pimn or is released for her inability to model or perform standards. We do not change our standards based on any model's request to do so unless it's something to consider for the better. 

Any consideration of changes must be submitted via video request utilizing professional etiquette of communicating your desires to Pimn Director. 

Sample of a true Pimn model routine...

I won't give her name. She's very private and due to her job, she can't reveal her modeling in public at this time. 

A beginner Pimn model overseas, training with Pimn and started out with hardly any experience and goal is for Pro and nothing will stop her from reaching her goals.

Did before a few of her own Instagram shoots that looked great but nothing more. 

Read entire site and blog and works out daily, communicating very professionally daily 24/7, she answers immediately anytime her trainer, mentor, manager msgs her. 

She models 5 x a week. Has various private portfolios for clients only. Has a personal trainer, mentor, manager and has spoken in depth with director of Pimn.

She had to cut it down a bit due to her personal schedule with a video statement / request to change her modeling schedule. 

Training two years.  Is highly motivated and never once complaining or has issues about Pimn model training. Highly organized and is a ferocious reader. Exceptional communication etiquette.

Director can txt her any hour and wake her and she answers quickly to wake up and answers by txt without concern that she was woken up.

This is HIGHLY IMPORTANT FOR PRO MODELS of different time zones and to be available 24/7 without any upset. Ever. Models are tested on this. Is another reason why it's best not to have a sleeping significant other next to you.

Waking them up with testing your response time or with a modeling offer in the future can lead them to getting irritated and eventually not wanting you to continue. Yes, this is tested. The model's ideal goal is being able to answer her trainer as quickly as possible.

Yes. Even if with family or friends, at a party, sleeping, if driving....don't. Pull over at a safe spot in public area. Answer you can't answer at the moment but will soon as possible Sir/ma'am. Thank you!

Don't endanger yourself answering a msg. However, audio return msgs are accepted. Video chat is not nor phone calls. If you can stay focused on the road doing an audio, pre recorded msg, that's fine. 

Being available 24/7 some newer models have to get use to it. Modeling communication isn't like texting your friends.

Pimn isn't same as your friend who is ok with waiting for your answer hours, days, weeks later. No how, no way. Communication is VITAL IN MODEL TRAINING AND WHEN MODELING PRO. 

If a pimn model has an issue on a shoot, she doesn't curse them or complain, she takes it privately to her manager. Pimn. 

You'll be dropping score every time you delay. So, Pimn models learn to adjust txt habits. They learn to keep their trainer, mentor, manager informed when they are about to model.

What they are doing to model and where, when, how , who. And when done, msging to inform how long it took her.

Then she submits it all for review. Only the shots or video SHE feels OK with submitting to use. 

The 24/7 availability training will improve and...why will it or should it improve?....

It could mean a difference on a GREAT offer. First models get best opportunity to accept an offer.

As for the Pimn model we were talking about....

she stays in touch with her trainer. Informs him if she's ever on a vacation break or unable to answer. Communicate your needs clearly and stick to that and there will be no issues. 

She is Highly intelligent. Is also a part time college student and holds a full time job. Single with a pet to care for and a room mate female that understands her goals and supports her.

She models with a studio in her own apartment. And her own lights and tripod and cell phone photos. Does her own editing. Does her own multiple hair styles and makeup styles. Has a very good sense of style and invests in herself. 

Submits her fitness videos consistently monday through friday, her modeling shoots consistently of video and photos for criitique before she ever posts into her portfolio.

Only rarely has a reason not to be able to model due to her job or college tests. On breaks, she's still very polite, quick to reply. Is a natural at modeling. 

Has found Pimn to be very fun and yet challenging. Has spent 3 and 4 hours preparing herself at home for model shoots. 

Why?

Because she wants to be noticed to be offered the 6 figure modeling, doing shoots once a week for 8 hr work day...with top brands. And she knows Pimn can get her there. 

So, what's your excuse?

Forgot to add she has time for herself because she schedules everything in appropriately. Including her vacation time. 

Highly impressed with her. One of top three models that has qualified with Pimn. Not by any means lazy. Has been a pleasure having her for so long involved in Pimn. 

Unfortunately. She's not qualified for magazine unless she allows herself more public viewing knowledge of her modeling and can continue to progress in her modeling as she has. 

Don't limit your great talent if you're a natural is the moral of this shared true account of a Pimn model that excelled. I rate her 2nd place to Anastasia.  How far she ever continues to take it will be her own choice.
