The way of a Pimn model. The Anastasia Standard

Meet Anastasia Jerina of Germany. I wish to brag about this model, actress, singer, dancer. 

She wasn't Pimn's first. She was in fact way in the back of the line of models that had trained through Pimn. Originally, a Latvia model based out of Germany. 

I'd place her as closer to about #40 in line. Yet, she immediately showed a high level of motivation with already having done many of her own videos and photos she'd submit in.

As any other models fell out, Ana did not as she'd step up into each place, one by one taking over their spot as the other models gave reasons why they couldn't do what was requested or had other reasons to step aside.  

You don't need to quit if life throws you walls. Pause it with a video submission and get passed your wall. Then return. Professional people never give up on goals unless they literally physically become unable. They will climb the highest obstacles to get over those to continue. 

Keep in mind, unreliable is not pro level. Reliable is pro level. Not committed is amateur level, committed is truly pro level.

So any model that says she is a professional yet doesn't show the level of standards Pimn trains isn't professional by Pimn standards. 

If they are constantly late, complain, dont reply back, ghost people, curse around others while modeling, are rude, loud, defiant, can't follow direction, blame others for things they are guilty of doing themselves, get jealous, envious, gossip, have a bad attitude, don't care about other people's schedules but their own or time, are ungrateful, unthankful, feel more entitled, egotistical, narcissistic, arrogant, can't follow directions of their seniors, can't be polite and respectful, etc etc...these are not professional models or mua, photographers, etc. But we are talking models here. 

The director has met models over the years claiming to be experienced, yet that demonstrated these above negative traits and actions.

Yet claimed to be experienced?

Maybe so but definitely not professionally experienced. No names mentioned. We never go there unless it's positive about somebody. 

A toxic mentality is just not accepted in Pimn. Quickest way to get let go. And fast. 

DON'T BE THE TYPE IN THAT LAST STATEMENT. 

Ana was an X cosplay model, an excellent dancer and singer and she gradually became an excellent model. Also, a very good actress.

She ALWAYS shows a level of respectful attitude and communication level, even when she is on breaks or vacation time.

She maintaines her level of communication and her etiquette towards her Pimn trainer, mentor, manager, even after having to leave Pimn. 

Even after she had to pause, any time she still communicated with her x trainer, she was no different than when she is modeling.

Sometimes...life gets in the way and models need a break or haven't been able to continue. 

Pimn gives Anastasia a LOT of credit for her efforts of her striving for two years with Pimn before life presented some obligations of her to pause her modeling until she can return. 

What reason is her own personal matter. However...

She of all models trained, has demonstrated such a high level of respectful and valued return communications that Pimn has named a standard after her name.

● The Anastasia Standard. 

What's the Anastasia standard? 

She even when on vacation or after being on pause with Pimn, still maintained her level of communication etiquette, respect, value and never once demonstrated any negativity towards her trainer. 

She has been motivates to be on time with her submissions and if she couldn't be, she'd contact to inform to request to reschedule her submissions. 

She is always highly motivated in what she trained on with Pimn. 

She always is considerate of her trainer's schedule and time, politely never seeming to project that she didn't value her trainers time.

Always thankful for the help, always appreciative.

Because of these things demonstrated and her high level of respectful demeanor and polite ways to communicate her intentions, she was offered a role in a feature film as a foreign intelligence agent. 

The Pimn trainer, mentor, manager working with Anastasia on her singing music videos too, of which, she corrects anything without complaint.... that was told and does so quickly to re-submit her corrected version. 

Not once has she spoke badly about any other Pimn model or Pimn itself or her trainer, mentor & manager. Extremely impressed by Anastasia's 110% efforts and motivation. 

If In person, she'd be awarded the Pimn diamond statue award of not just the year but the last two years in a row. We are just now adding awards for top models along with Certifications.  A new thing added starting for 2025. 

That's not a joke by any means. Let alone, a cash shopping bonus. 

If asked to change or edit anything of her modeling, she happily does so, without any question of why and followed directions to the T. 

When Anastasia needs a break, she submits her video informing her trainer of her request. 

When she set for herself a schedule she could do, she sticks to it and consistent and if unable, she contacts her trainer with explaining and requesting more time to submit it or to reschedule it ahead of time. 

When asked of her anything, she is quick to produce and learned the editing needed to help her self- produce great content. Even so, surprising her trainer of her talents. 

Most importantly, she is 100% always an excellent communicator and never delayed in responding. 

Anastasia never demonstrates bad attitude or shows upset about anything.

Always positive, polite, punctual, always reliable, communicative, always fast in what was requested. She has always, even while on pause from Pimn... still projects herself in the ways a professional model would be and do. 

THAT'S the Anastasia standard and she is considered as one of the three BEST models that has trained in pimn out of approximately 40 trained from various countries. 

The point of this post is...if ever accepted by Pimn, let the Anastasia standard resonate. 

Anastasia isn't a quitter type. She had a dream and she chased after it. She didn't delay on her decisions. 

Regardless if she didn't get to complete the course to four years as a certified Pro level model, that's besides the point. It is a pleasure having Anastasia Jerina in Pimn.  

If every model that comes through Pimn operates and communicates and produces as well as Anastasia did...then that would be our expectations. 

Congrats to Ana's excellent efforts and her extreme level of motivation and dedication for herself through Pimn's direction and help. 

I hope one day, we can have 100s or more like her. Two other top models came close, Raquel from UK and Vinky from India. 

These are Pimn's top 3 rated models trained more than a year with Pimn that also demonstrated 99% of what Anastasia did. 

Two others that moved their way to front of the line by their motivation and ambition to model and discover their hidden better self. 

Also was a pleasure having in Raquel and Vinky. Both ladies put in a LOT of time, effort and motivation to be in 2nd and 3rd place prior Pimn model network. 

Pimn will give credit where credit was earned vs simply talked about or only thought about... but rather...worked hard for.

Which now is required for models. It wasn't so much a requirement for models when Anastasia started. 

There are 6 stages or phases of Pimn. Beginner, intermediate, Advanced, Pro and Executive Pro Model by year 5. A year for each stage with meeting specific expectations. 6th year is potential for senior Exec Pro Model Manager. 

New standards for promoting to next phase will be coming soon. What it will take to achieve each new phase that hasnt been part of Pimn's standards in the past. Related to promotional modeling. Which delves into earnings.
