Non qualified models do not video promote until they can show they can do it well. If not qualified to video promote, you may still refer models by talking to them one on one in person.  

You will want to go slow at first in referring and if your regerrals are free models, you do not earn off them unless they become a paid member. If you are free, dont expect them to pay in. 

As example, you earn a % based off your own level of enrollment and hers.

Under Pro Models ( PMs are AMs Advanced Models and IMs are intermediate Models, AMs are Amateur Models. These are the promotion levels as you aquire sponsored in models.
