Video submission standard to pause and or return to modeling. Jan 1st 2025

An active model's % changes if she pauses her training for a break or vacation, medical or other related needs. 

If she is a free model, her % changes from 25% to 12% this is only when she's on a break. This level model can model 1 x a week with a critique. 

I'll be going more into details of each level model and what they get for their monthly membership vs free models. 

All models submit a hands free, stationary video with solid wall background of herself with no background pets or people or noises stating...

she is submitting her video for a break needed starting at month and day stated and estimated return time month and day stated. 

Explaining why is optional. That model may add, ( as example ), I'm going on vacation and unable to model while gone Sir. Thank you for accepting my video submission.

Or, I'm having surgery or I have to work extra for holidays, etc but that's optional. If it's for personal reasons, keep it personal. 

How this is done can be in any chat DM with a 30 sec to 1 min video. Or via email with a youtube private link.

If she is a basic member of $99 a month, her earning % is 30% on any referral models that pay in or magazine sales or image sales to any buyers. She would be modeling 2 x a week. 

If a model is a beginner level of 35% earnings, she's a paid membership of $199 a month and is modeling 3 x a week. Her % drops to 50% of her active modeling % if she's on a break.

So, an in-active beginner would still be able to earn off magazine sales or image/ Video sales but at a rate of half of 35% until she resubmit her video to state she's back. 

Simply stating, hello Sir, I'm submitting my video to reactivate my modeling weekly. I have returned from ? And I'm now free again to model at before? Or more? Or less?

Be sure to add this. Please consider my return date as of today's date. Or whenever. It could be by this coming Saturday. Etc 

Now, that model's % rate goes back up to active status model in training and producing more content. 

An intermediate model is at an active modeling rate of 40% and her inactive rate is 20%. She is modeling 4 x a week. Her rate is $299 a month. 

Why the increase in cost the more a model models? It is more time consuming to the trainer, mentor, manager is why. Ever try to ask a fitness trainer to train you in fitness free? 

Not going to happen unless they are a close and nearby friend of yours. Otherwise, they charge 35 to 100 hrly.

How about a relationship coach? Same thing. A self-defense instructor for personal training? Same thing. Their time and knowledge is not free. 

An advanced model is 45% and her inactive % is half that. Until she returns and is modeling 5 x a week. Her rate is $399 a month.

A Pro model level trains 6 x a week and her % is 50% but when she is inactive, she is 25% earnings until she resubmits her return to modeling video. Her rate is $499 a month. 

Simply sending a txt I'm back to modeling Sir isn't how Pimn accepts coming back or going on a break or vacation. 

Why not? Why a video? Because it makes it more remembered by your trainee and by you. 

Keep in mind also, it's rare that now you'll be communicating regularly while on a break.

However, if any model on a break or vacation is contacted by or she contacts her trainer. Replies are still expected. It could be related to sales of your images or a new .model sponsored, etc. 

Do not ignore for days or weeks. This is not how Pimn models take a break or vacation. 

Being on break Simply means you or the trainer will not be DAILY communicating as what happens when active. Not answering questions with replying back with another question isn't polite. 

Taking days to respond isn't polite. If you inform, my txt msgs will be off or very much delayed response, then now you've informed your trainer with advance notice. This is the more professional way. 

If you appear too busy to answer on breaks or vacation time, you will be told, ok, simply get back to me when you are done with vacation and submit your return to modeling video...then do not continue texting your trainer. 

Basically, keep it black or white clear on your availability. 

Either answer txt or do not be available. Be clear in your availability of what you are needing of your trainer.

As there have been issues of this before. And the director doesn't want that to continue. No names given. Respect is mutual. So are schedules equally important. 

If you're responding...but can't continue to due to vacation, be clear in your replies. If you keep replying, your trainer will be thinking you're available for any type msging. 

How is this done?

By being clear is all. Pimn does not desire to irritate any model's need for her time away. 

By being clear in your msgs, you set your own boundaries of communication. If you ultimately are respectful to your trainer, mentor, manager, he or she will be to you in return. 

Do not treat your trainer as you would your friend in texting or how you respond. Such as...

Cursing in txt, complaining, if in a very bad mood and you feel you can't really talk for whatever reason of something wrong, simply state, I'm sorry Sir/ma'am if a female trainer, I'm not currently available, can you please give me x amount of time to get back to you please? 

Then, if they answer, which they will, "ok, sure, not a problem." Then complete the txt. "Thank you Sir/ma'am, have a great day." Etc something to this effect. Don't allow bad days or negative emotions to get in the way. Not everyone has good days. 

If you need to personally discuss something with trainer, mentor, manager, simply ask. "Sir, off the record, I have an issue, may I explain something that has come up? I'm needing some feedback on what I should do, as it may effect my modeling Sir/ma'am." Etc  

Your trainer, mentor, manager is here to offer that...if you feel it is something that could cause changes. Let's say, it may be that you have been contacted by an agency that wants to hire you to show up in person 5 days a week for x amount of pay. That you were noticed and got a modeling offer. Etc or it could be a family related issue that is leading you to have to move or whatever it may be. 

Don't hesitate to be open to discuss it if you need feedback and advice on what you need to do.

Treat them as if they are your trainer, manager. Respecting also their time, their effort to keep you updated...even when you are on a break or vacation. As much so as you desire of them to yours. 

It all boils down to effective and mutually respectful communication. 

If you desire questions answered, don't ignore questions asked. If you desire not to be waiting days or weeks for an answer, don't do so to a trainer. How you treat them in communication WILL BE MIRRORED BACK. 

Will you get back a video reply to your break?

No. That won't happen unless they so choose. 

Can you do live video chat method? No. That's extremely rare and if done, the trainer, mentor,  manager will request it, not the model. Unless she schedules and he or she accepts. Which is possible. But not always. Don't take it personally if the trainer doesn't accept. 

WHAT TO WEAR FOR THE ABOVE BREAK ON OR BREAK OFF, ON VACATION OR OFF VACATION VIDEOS? 

It is upper body only and you would not need to be done up, nothing special worn. You can be in a natural look or avg makeup and hair brushed look. Doesn't matter. Any color bare wall background is preferred but not required.

A nicer look will get you an increase in score. A bad look will get you a decrease in score. For example, hair rollers in and mud pack face, yeah, you'll get deducted points. 

Why do scores matter? They matter for you to progress to next phase. 

DO NOT SEND HAND HELD SELFIE VIDEOS OR MIRROR SELFIE VIDEOS OR A TXT OR EMAIL ONLY. IT NEEDS TO BE AS ABOVE TO BE ACCEPTED.

Brand ambassadors are only models that can be free and model at 50/50% when active and 25/25% when inactive. As well, have choice of any number of days they are able to do. 1-6 days a week. Its their call. 

if you are type that gets overwhelmed by too much content, you are worrying over nothing. There have been models come into pimn that literally have had ZERO experience and knocked it out of the park.
