The prior blog post concerning "Benefits of Pimn Models/Modeling vs not joining" has been revised.&nbsp;&nbsp;Pimn models need to re-read the revised version.&nbsp;As for Pimn models / model training / modeling...First off...knowledge is as important as your look. Etiquette as important to include into knowledge. Starting with...Pimn models return to blog daily 5 days a week, regardless of their level...to make the time of at least reading ONE blog post a day. &nbsp;If you've read all blog posts and have not yet seen any NEW POSTS by director...then pick one you've already read and refresh yourself on it. &nbsp;If day 2 goes by and no new blog post has shown up, pick another you already read and then re-read it. &nbsp;Why re-read something you've already read?It helps increase memory retention.&nbsp;Rinse and repeat until the information is in memory as much as possible... to know it by heart and until a new blog post is posted. &nbsp;Never askingwh"Sir, when is a new post going up please?&nbsp; I've already read entire site and all current blog posts."&nbsp;The answer would be, "Keep reading it, re-reading any prior posts."&nbsp;They go up when the Director has time to post new ones. Frustrating people that have worked with her.&nbsp; Frustrating her trainer, mentor, manager.&nbsp;Late, bad at communicating, rude, unreliable, arrogant, not able to follow or understand directions etc. Isn't an experienced model.&nbsp;That is not a professional level model and how good she looks doesn't cover up those areas either.&nbsp; Even if she looks like Miss Universe, that beauty could all be completely over looked if she doesn't have the total package.&nbsp;Pimn produces models with the total package of all 5%s listed above.&nbsp;So, even if a model says, Ive been modeling ten years, you dont need a school to be a great model! Yet, she lacks any of those areas listed, she isnt a full package pro model according to Pimn standards.&nbsp;She can be the most beautiful Model other models envy of looks and yet, not a true pro model. Looks can be deceiving.&nbsp; Even experience in other modeling can be deceiving to her true skill. Pimn Director doesn't care if she has walked the runway as a fashion model for ten years, if she doesn't have her 100% package in tact, she's not as good as a Pimn model. PIMN Director doesn't care if she looks like Miss America and has won multiple beauty pageants. For when you do...here's info for you how to properly do so, whether to add to your submission or for if accepted and active and submitting it weekly.&nbsp;If on pause in your modeling, you're not required to be doing anything except if contacted randomly by your trainer, mentor, manager to be asked a question or informed of something you need to know.&nbsp; If on a break, staying up on blog for 5 min a day definitely helps for when you return to your physical modeling.&nbsp;As for the measurement method in Pimn...To take your bust, waist, and hip, thigh, calf and hair length measurements, you can follow these steps:● Bust Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure flat against your body and parallel to the floor. Nip line.&nbsp;You can do this while your arms are relaxed at your sides. Not outward horizontally. Arms are down.&nbsp;● Waist Measure around your natural waistline, which is the smallest indentation of waist. Don't suck in. Relax when measuring.&nbsp;Keep the tape measure snug but not too tight, and parallel to the floor.&nbsp;● Hips Measure around the fullest part of hips, which is usually about 8–9 inches below your waist. It includes wides lower portion of body. No push up bras. No padded bras, No waist trainers or corsets, not wearing jeans, sweats, dress, skirts, shirts, sweaters, etc. Must be as described for accurate measurements.&nbsp;Use a calibrated measuring tape.&nbsp; Use a mirror to help check the positioning of the tape across your back if needed.&nbsp;Try NOT to be wearing under clothing that is so tight, it creates any skin bulges.&nbsp;You may have anyone help you take your measurements If needed. Or do so yourself.&nbsp;Then write them down and measure yourself weekly for any improvements. Always submit in inches if requested by trainer or when adding these to your submission for auditioning.&nbsp;Submit to Pimn changes weekly if actively modeling. While very short hair is accepted in fashion runway modeling, it's not in Pimn.&nbsp;Why? Diversity of hair styles is why. The longer the hair, the more variety of hair styles and the more variety of hair styles or longer the hair, the more noticed you'll get and more compliments you'll get too. Most models are unaware of this fact. All Pimn models are highly aware of this fact.&nbsp;If submitting a video for hair length progress that you will be doing in Pimn, its wearing a top that is plain jane type top. Fully dry.&nbsp;start facing camera that is positioned vertically on a stand or tripod, face camera with solid contrasting background to the color of your hair.&nbsp;Posture is up right, do not slouch and head is straight. Makeup on or off doesnt matter. Year?&nbsp;Once done, finish it with : Thank you Sir for accepting my hair growth submission. ( or Ma'am if you have assigned a female trainer )&nbsp;That's it. Simple as simple gets. Save that video and add it into your private training portfolio on IG after it's sent to trainer to review first. Each video shouldn't last more than a minute. Time yourself to keep it under a minute. If it's it's over, redo it until it's within a minute.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is done only once a week by active pimn models. Make sure entire length of hair is seen. Or you'll be told to redo it.&nbsp;■■■&nbsp;Goal length for Pimn models is mid buttox length. Not longer than lower curve of buttox.&nbsp;Pimn models are likely the only models that have hair length goals set by model training that other modeling schools won't require and for the above reasons. If you see a very long haired model, she very likely MIGHT BE a Pimn model or has at one time been one. Never know unless you ask her. An active model's % changes if she pauses her training for a break or vacation, medical or other related needs.&nbsp;If she is a free model, her % changes from 25% to 12% this is only when she's on a break. This level model can model 1 x a week with a critique.&nbsp;I'll be going more into details of each level model and what they get for their monthly membership vs free models.&nbsp;All models submit a hands free, stationary video with solid wall background of herself with no background pets or people or noises stating... she is submitting her video for a break needed starting at month and day stated and estimated return time month and day stated.&nbsp;Explaining why is optional. That model may add, ( as example ), I'm going on vacation and unable to model while gone Sir. Thank you for accepting my video submission. Or, I'm having surgery or I have to work extra for holidays, etc but that's optional. She would be modeling 2 x a week.&nbsp;If a model is a beginner level of 35% earnings, she's a paid membership of $199 a month and is modeling 3 x a week. Her % drops to 50% of her active modeling % if she's on a break. So, an in-active beginner would still be able to earn off magazine sales or image/ Video sales but at a rate of half of 35% until she resubmit her video to state she's back.&nbsp;Simply stating, hello Sir, I'm submitting my video to reactivate my modeling weekly. I have returned from ? And I'm now free again to model at before? Or more? Or less? Be sure to add this. Please consider my return date as of today's date. Or whenever. It could be by this coming Saturday. Etc&nbsp;Now, that model's % rate goes back up to active status model in training and producing more content.&nbsp;An intermediate model is at an active modeling rate of 40% and her inactive rate is 20%. She is modeling 4 x a week. Her rate is $299 a month.&nbsp;Why the increase in cost the more a model models? It is more time consuming to the trainer, mentor, manager is why. Ever try to ask a fitness trainer to train you in fitness free?&nbsp;Not going to happen unless they are a close and nearby friend of yours. Otherwise, they charge 35 to 100 hrly. How about a relationship coach? Same thing. A self-defense instructor for personal training? Same thing. Their time and knowledge is not free.&nbsp;An advanced model is 45% and her inactive % is half that. Until she returns and is modeling 5 x a week. Her rate is $399 a month.A Pro model level trains 6 x a week and her % is 50% but when she is inactive, she is 25% earnings until she resubmits her return to modeling video. Her rate is $499 a month.&nbsp;Simply sending a txt I'm back to modeling Sir isn't how Pimn accepts coming back or going on a break or vacation.&nbsp;Why not? Why a video? This is not how Pimn models take a break or vacation.&nbsp;Being on break Simply means you or the trainer will not be DAILY communicating as what happens when active. Not answering questions with replying back with another question isn't polite.&nbsp;Taking days to respond isn't polite. If you inform, my txt msgs will be off or very much delayed response, then now you've informed your trainer with advance notice. This is the more professional way.&nbsp;If you appear too busy to answer on breaks or vacation time, you will be told, ok, simply get back to me when you are done with vacation and submit your return to modeling video...then do not continue texting your trainer.&nbsp;Basically, keep it black or white clear on your availability.&nbsp;Either answer txt or do not be available. Be clear in your availability of what you are needing of your trainer. As there have been issues of this before. And the director doesn't want that to continue. No names given. Respect is mutual. So are schedules equally important.&nbsp;If you're responding...but can't continue to due to vacation, be clear in your replies. If you keep replying, your trainer will be thinking you're available for any type msging.&nbsp;How is this done? By being clear is all. Such as...Cursing in txt, complaining, if in a very bad mood and you feel you can't really talk for whatever reason of something wrong, simply state, I'm sorry Sir/ma'am if a female trainer, I'm not currently available, can you please give me x amount of time to get back to you please?&nbsp;Then, if they answer, which they will, "ok, sure, not a problem." Then complete the txt. "Thank you Sir/ma'am, have a great day." Etc something to this effect. Don't allow bad days or negative emotions to get in the way. Not everyone has good days.&nbsp;If you need to personally discuss something with trainer, mentor, manager, simply ask. "Sir, off the record, I have an issue, may I explain something that has come up? I'm needing some feedback on what I should do, as it may effect my modeling Sir/ma'am." Etc&nbsp;&nbsp;Your trainer, mentor, manager is here to offer that...if you feel it is something that could cause changes. Let's say, it may be that you have been contacted by an agency that wants to hire you to show up in person 5 days a week for x amount of pay. That you were noticed and got a modeling offer. Etc or it could be a family related issue that is leading you to have to move or whatever it may be.&nbsp;Don't hesitate to be open to discuss it if you need feedback and advice on what you need to do.&nbsp;More coming soon on models getting outside offers and how to handle being contacted for such. There will be a special blog post related to this. Important to read itTreat them as if they are your trainer, manager. Respecting also their time, their effort to keep you updated...even when you are on a break or vacation. As much so as you desire of them to yours.&nbsp;It all boils down to effective and mutually respectful communication.&nbsp;If you desire questions answered, don't ignore questions asked. If you desire not to be waiting days or weeks for an answer, don't do so to a trainer. How you treat them in communication WILL BE MIRRORED BACK.&nbsp;Will you get back a video reply to your break?No. That won't happen unless they so choose.&nbsp;Can you do live video chat method? No. That's extremely rare and if done, the trainer, mentor,&nbsp; manager will request it, not the model. Unless she schedules and he or she accepts. Which is possible. But not always.
