An active model's % changes if she pauses her training for a break or vacation, medical or other related needs.&nbsp;If she is a free model, her % changes from 25% to 12% this is only when she's on a break. This level model can model 1 x a week with a critique.&nbsp;I'll be going more into details of each level model and what they get for their monthly membership vs free models.&nbsp;All models submit a hands free, stationary video with solid wall background of herself with no background pets or people or noises stating... she is submitting her video for a break needed starting at month and day stated and estimated return time month and day stated.&nbsp;Explaining why is optional. That model may add, ( as example ), I'm going on vacation and unable to model while gone Sir. Thank you for accepting my video submission. Or, I'm having surgery or I have to work extra for holidays, etc but that's optional. She would be modeling 2 x a week.&nbsp;If a model is a beginner level of 35% earnings, she's a paid membership of $199 a month and is modeling 3 x a week. Her % drops to 50% of her active modeling % if she's on a break. So, an in-active beginner would still be able to earn off magazine sales or image/ Video sales but at a rate of half of 35% until she resubmit her video to state she's back.&nbsp;Simply stating, hello Sir, I'm submitting my video to reactivate my modeling weekly. I have returned from ? And I'm now free again to model at before? Or more? Or less? Be sure to add this. Please consider my return date as of today's date. Or whenever. It could be by this coming Saturday. Etc&nbsp;Now, that model's % rate goes back up to active status model in training and producing more content.&nbsp;An intermediate model is at an active modeling rate of 40% and her inactive rate is 20%. She is modeling 4 x a week. Her rate is $299 a month.&nbsp;Why the increase in cost the more a model models? It is more time consuming to the trainer, mentor, manager is why. Ever try to ask a fitness trainer to train you in fitness free?&nbsp;Not going to happen unless they are a close and nearby friend of yours. Otherwise, they charge 35 to 100 hrly. How about a relationship coach? Same thing. A self-defense instructor for personal training? Same thing. Their time and knowledge is not free.&nbsp;An advanced model is 45% and her inactive % is half that. Until she returns and is modeling 5 x a week. Her rate is $399 a month.A Pro model level trains 6 x a week and her % is 50% but when she is inactive, she is 25% earnings until she resubmits her return to modeling video. Her rate is $499 a month.&nbsp;Simply sending a txt I'm back to modeling Sir isn't how Pimn accepts coming back or going on a break or vacation.&nbsp;Why not? Why a video? Replies are still expected. It could be related to sales of your images or a new .model sponsored, etc.&nbsp;Do not ignore for days or weeks. This is not how Pimn models take a break or vacation.&nbsp;Being on break Simply means you or the trainer will not be DAILY communicating as what happens when active. Not answering questions with replying back with another question isn't polite.&nbsp;Taking days to respond isn't polite. If you inform, my txt msgs will be off or very much delayed response, then now you've informed your trainer with advance notice. This is the more professional way.&nbsp;If you appear too busy to answer on breaks or vacation time, you will be told, ok, simply get back to me when you are done with vacation and submit your return to modeling video...then do not continue texting your trainer.&nbsp;Basically, keep it black or white clear on your availability.&nbsp;Either answer txt or do not be available. Be clear in your availability of what you are needing of your trainer. As there have been issues of this before. And the director doesn't want that to continue. No names given. Respect is mutual. So are schedules equally important.&nbsp;If you're responding...but can't continue to due to vacation, be clear in your replies. If you keep replying, your trainer will be thinking you're available for any type msging.&nbsp;How is this done? By being clear is all. If you ultimately are respectful to your trainer, mentor, manager, he or she will be to you in return.&nbsp;Do not treat your trainer as you would your friend in texting or how you respond. Such as...Cursing in txt, complaining, if in a very bad mood and you feel you can't really talk for whatever reason of something wrong, simply state, I'm sorry Sir/ma'am if a female trainer, I'm not currently available, can you please give me x amount of time to get back to you please?&nbsp;Then, if they answer, which they will, "ok, sure, not a problem." Then complete the txt. "Thank you Sir/ma'am, have a great day." Etc something to this effect. Don't allow bad days or negative emotions to get in the way. Not everyone has good days.&nbsp;If you need to personally discuss something with trainer, mentor, manager, simply ask. "Sir, off the record, I have an issue, may I explain something that has come up? I'm needing some feedback on what I should do, as it may effect my modeling Sir/ma'am." Etc&nbsp;&nbsp;Your trainer, mentor, manager is here to offer that...if you feel it is something that could cause changes. Let's say, it may be that you have been contacted by an agency that wants to hire you to show up in person 5 days a week for x amount of pay. That you were noticed and got a modeling offer. Etc or it could be a family related issue that is leading you to have to move or whatever it may be.&nbsp;Don't hesitate to be open to discuss it if you need feedback and advice on what you need to do.&nbsp;More coming soon on models getting outside offers and how to handle being contacted for such. There will be a special blog post related to this. Important to read itTreat them as if they are your trainer, manager. Respecting also their time, their effort to keep you updated...even when you are on a break or vacation. As much so as you desire of them to yours.&nbsp;It all boils down to effective and mutually respectful communication.&nbsp;If you desire questions answered, don't ignore questions asked. If you desire not to be waiting days or weeks for an answer, don't do so to a trainer. How you treat them in communication WILL BE MIRRORED BACK.&nbsp;Will you get back a video reply to your break?No. That won't happen unless they so choose.&nbsp;Can you do live video chat method? No. That's extremely rare and if done, the trainer, mentor,&nbsp; manager will request it, not the model. Unless she schedules and he or she accepts. Which is possible. But not always. You can be in a natural look or avg makeup and hair brushed look. Doesn't matter. Any color bare wall background is preferred but not required.A nicer look will get you an increase in score. A bad look will get you a decrease in score. For example, hair rollers in and mud pack face, yeah, you'll get deducted points.&nbsp;Why do scores matter? They matter for you to progress to next phase.&nbsp;DO NOT SEND HAND HELD SELFIE VIDEOS OR MIRROR SELFIE VIDEOS OR A TXT OR EMAIL ONLY. What it takes to be a Pimn Model?

Meet Anastasia Jerina of Germany. I wish to brag about this model, actress, singer, dancer.&nbsp;She wasn't Pimn's first. She was in fact way in the back of the line of models that had trained through Pimn. Originally, a Latvia model based out of Germany.&nbsp;I'd place her as closer to about #40 in line. Yet, she immediately showed a high level of motivation with already having done many of her own videos and photos she'd submit in.As any other models fell out, Ana did not as she'd step up into each place, one by one taking over their spot as the other models gave reasons why they couldn't do what was requested or had other reasons to step aside.&nbsp;&nbsp;You don't need to quit if life throws you walls. Pause it with a video submission and get passed your wall. Then return. Professional people never give up on goals unless they literally physically become unable. They will climb the highest obstacles to get over those to continue.&nbsp;Keep in mind, unreliable is not pro level. Reliable is pro level. Not committed is amateur level, committed is truly pro level. So any model that says she is a professional yet doesn't show the level of standards Pimn trains isn't professional by Pimn standards.&nbsp;If they are constantly late, complain, dont reply back, ghost people, curse around others while modeling, are rude, loud, defiant, can't follow direction, blame others for things they are guilty of doing themselves, get jealous, envious, gossip, have a bad attitude, don't care about other people's schedules but their own or time, are ungrateful, unthankful, feel more entitled, egotistical, narcissistic, arrogant, can't follow directions of their seniors, can't be polite and respectful, etc etc...these are not professional models or mua, photographers, etc. But we are talking models here.&nbsp;The director has met models over the years claiming to be experienced, yet that demonstrated these above negative traits and actions. Yet claimed to be experienced? Maybe so but definitely not professionally experienced. No names mentioned. We never go there unless it's positive about somebody.&nbsp;A toxic mentality is just not accepted in Pimn. Quickest way to get let go. And fast.&nbsp;DON'T BE THE TYPE IN THAT LAST STATEMENT.&nbsp;Ana was an X cosplay model, an excellent dancer and singer and she gradually became an excellent model. Also, a very good actress.She ALWAYS shows a level of respectful attitude and communication level, even when she is on breaks or vacation time. She maintaines her level of communication and her etiquette towards her Pimn trainer, mentor, manager, even after having to leave Pimn.&nbsp;Even after she had to pause, any time she still communicated with her x trainer, she was no different than when she is modeling. Sometimes...life gets in the way and models need a break or haven't been able to continue.&nbsp;Pimn gives Anastasia a LOT of credit for her efforts of her striving for two years with Pimn before life presented some obligations of her to pause her modeling until she can return.&nbsp;What reason is her own personal matter. However...She of all models trained, has demonstrated such a high level of respectful and valued return communications that Pimn has named a standard after her name. ● The Anastasia Standard.&nbsp;What's the Anastasia standard?&nbsp;She even when on vacation or after being on pause with Pimn, still maintained her level of communication etiquette, respect, value and never once demonstrated any negativity towards her trainer.&nbsp;She has been motivates to be on time with her submissions and if she couldn't be, she'd contact to inform to request to reschedule her submissions.&nbsp;She is always highly motivated in what she trained on with Pimn.&nbsp;She always is considerate of her trainer's schedule and time, politely never seeming to project that she didn't value her trainers time. Always thankful for the help, always appreciative.Because of these things demonstrated and her high level of respectful demeanor and polite ways to communicate her intentions, she was offered a role in a feature film as a foreign intelligence agent.&nbsp;The Pimn trainer, mentor, manager working with Anastasia on her singing music videos too, of which, she corrects anything without complaint.... that was told and does so quickly to re-submit her corrected version.&nbsp;Not once has she spoke badly about any other Pimn model or Pimn itself or her trainer, mentor &amp; manager. Extremely impressed by Anastasia's 110% efforts and motivation.&nbsp;If In person, she'd be awarded the Pimn diamond statue award of not just the year but the last two years in a row. We are just now adding awards for top models along with Certifications.&nbsp; A new thing added starting for 2025.&nbsp;That's not a joke by any means. Let alone, a cash shopping bonus.&nbsp;If asked to change or edit anything of her modeling, she happily does so, without any question of why and followed directions to the T.&nbsp;When Anastasia needs a break, she submits her video informing her trainer of her request.&nbsp;When she set for herself a schedule she could do, she sticks to it and consistent and if unable, she contacts her trainer with explaining and requesting more time to submit it or to reschedule it ahead of time.&nbsp;When asked of her anything, she is quick to produce and learned the editing needed to help her self- produce great content. Even so, surprising her trainer of her talents.&nbsp;Most importantly, she is 100% always an excellent communicator and never delayed in responding.&nbsp;Anastasia never demonstrates bad attitude or shows upset about anything. Always positive, polite, punctual, always reliable, communicative, always fast in what was requested. She has always, even while on pause from Pimn... still projects herself in the ways a professional model would be and do.&nbsp;THAT'S the Anastasia standard and she is considered as one of the three BEST models that has trained in pimn out of approximately 40 trained from various countries.&nbsp;The point of this post is...if ever accepted by Pimn, let the Anastasia standard resonate.&nbsp;Anastasia isn't a quitter type. She had a dream and she chased after it. She didn't delay on her decisions.&nbsp;Regardless if she didn't get to complete the course to four years as a certified Pro level model, that's besides the point. It is a pleasure having Anastasia Jerina in Pimn.&nbsp;&nbsp;If every model that comes through Pimn operates and communicates and produces as well as Anastasia did...then that would be our expectations.&nbsp;Congrats to Ana's excellent efforts and her extreme level of motivation and dedication for herself through Pimn's direction and help.&nbsp;I hope one day, we can have 100s or more like her.
