Meet Anastasia Jerina of Germany. I wish to brag about this model, actress, singer, dancer.&nbsp;She wasn't Pimn's first. She was in fact way in the back of the line of models that had trained through Pimn. Originally, a Latvia model based out of Germany.&nbsp;I'd place her as closer to about #40 in line. Yet, she immediately showed a high level of motivation with already having done many of her own videos and photos she'd submit in.As any other models fell out, Ana did not as she'd step up into each place, one by one taking over their spot as the other models gave reasons why they couldn't do what was requested or had other reasons to step aside.&nbsp;&nbsp;You don't need to quit if life throws you walls. Pause it with a video submission and get passed your wall. Then return. Professional people never give up on goals unless they literally physically become unable. They will climb the highest obstacles to get over those to continue.&nbsp;Keep in mind, unreliable is not pro level. Reliable is pro level. Not committed is amateur level, committed is truly pro level. So any model that says she is a professional yet doesn't show the level of standards Pimn trains isn't professional by Pimn standards.&nbsp;If they are constantly late, complain, dont reply back, ghost people, curse around others while modeling, are rude, loud, defiant, can't follow direction, blame others for things they are guilty of doing themselves, get jealous, envious, gossip, have a bad attitude, don't care about other people's schedules but their own or time, are ungrateful, unthankful, feel more entitled, egotistical, narcissistic, arrogant, can't follow directions of their seniors, can't be polite and respectful, etc etc...these are not professional models or mua, photographers, etc. But we are talking models here.&nbsp;The director has met models over the years claiming to be experienced, yet that demonstrated these above negative traits and actions. Yet claimed to be experienced? Maybe so but definitely not professionally experienced. No names mentioned. We never go there unless it's positive about somebody.&nbsp;A toxic mentality is just not accepted in Pimn. Quickest way to get let go. And fast.&nbsp;DON'T BE THE TYPE IN THAT LAST STATEMENT.&nbsp;Ana was an X cosplay model, an excellent dancer and singer and she gradually became an excellent model. Also, a very good actress.She ALWAYS shows a level of respectful attitude and communication level, even when she is on breaks or vacation time. She maintaines her level of communication and her etiquette towards her Pimn trainer, mentor, manager, even after having to leave Pimn.&nbsp;Even after she had to pause, any time she still communicated with her x trainer, she was no different than when she is modeling. Sometimes...life gets in the way and models need a break or haven't been able to continue.&nbsp;Pimn gives Anastasia a LOT of credit for her efforts of her striving for two years with Pimn before life presented some obligations of her to pause her modeling until she can return.&nbsp;What reason is her own personal matter. However...She of all models trained, has demonstrated such a high level of respectful and valued return communications that Pimn has named a standard after her name. ● The Anastasia Standard.&nbsp;What's the Anastasia standard?&nbsp;She even when on vacation or after being on pause with Pimn, still maintained her level of communication etiquette, respect, value and never once demonstrated any negativity towards her trainer.&nbsp;She has been motivates to be on time with her submissions and if she couldn't be, she'd contact to inform to request to reschedule her submissions.&nbsp;She is always highly motivated in what she trained on with Pimn.&nbsp;She always is considerate of her trainer's schedule and time, politely never seeming to project that she didn't value her trainers time. Always thankful for the help, always appreciative.Because of these things demonstrated and her high level of respectful demeanor and polite ways to communicate her intentions, she was offered a role in a feature film as a foreign intelligence agent.&nbsp;The Pimn trainer, mentor, manager working with Anastasia on her singing music videos too, of which, she corrects anything without complaint.... that was told and does so quickly to re-submit her corrected version.&nbsp;Not once has she spoke badly about any other Pimn model or Pimn itself or her trainer, mentor &amp; manager. Extremely impressed by Anastasia's 110% efforts and motivation.&nbsp;If In person, she'd be awarded the Pimn diamond statue award of not just the year but the last two years in a row. We are just now adding awards for top models along with Certifications.&nbsp; A new thing added starting for 2025.&nbsp;That's not a joke by any means. Let alone, a cash shopping bonus.&nbsp;If asked to change or edit anything of her modeling, she happily does so, without any question of why and followed directions to the T.&nbsp;When Anastasia needs a break, she submits her video informing her trainer of her request.&nbsp;When she set for herself a schedule she could do, she sticks to it and consistent and if unable, she contacts her trainer with explaining and requesting more time to submit it or to reschedule it ahead of time.&nbsp;When asked of her anything, she is quick to produce and learned the editing needed to help her self- produce great content. Even so, surprising her trainer of her talents.&nbsp;Most importantly, she is 100% always an excellent communicator and never delayed in responding.&nbsp;Anastasia never demonstrates bad attitude or shows upset about anything. Always positive, polite, punctual, always reliable, communicative, always fast in what was requested. She has always, even while on pause from Pimn... still projects herself in the ways a professional model would be and do.&nbsp;THAT'S the Anastasia standard and she is considered as one of the three BEST models that has trained in pimn out of approximately 40 trained from various countries.&nbsp;The point of this post is...if ever accepted by Pimn, let the Anastasia standard resonate.&nbsp;Anastasia isn't a quitter type. She had a dream and she chased after it. She didn't delay on her decisions.&nbsp;Regardless if she didn't get to complete the course to four years as a certified Pro level model, that's besides the point. It is a pleasure having Anastasia Jerina in Pimn.&nbsp;&nbsp;If every model that comes through Pimn operates and communicates and produces as well as Anastasia did...then that would be our expectations.&nbsp;Congrats to Ana's excellent efforts and her extreme level of motivation and dedication for herself through Pimn's direction and help.&nbsp;I hope one day, we can have 100s or more like her. Two other top models came close, Raquel from UK and Vinky from India.&nbsp;These are Pimn's top 3 rated models trained more than a year with Pimn that also demonstrated 99% of what Anastasia did.&nbsp;Two others that moved their way to front of the line by their motivation and ambition to model and discover their hidden better self.&nbsp;Also was a pleasure having in Raquel and Vinky. Both ladies put in a LOT of time, effort and motivation to be in 2nd and 3rd place prior Pimn model network.&nbsp;Pimn will give credit where credit was earned vs simply talked about or only thought about... but rather...worked hard for.&nbsp;As for Anastasia....You can see more of Anastasia on IG at @pimn_magazine as an intermediate level model when she was active in Pimn.&nbsp;And on X ( former Twitter) under @pimn_anastasia&nbsp;&nbsp; Which now is required for models. It wasn't so much a requirement for models when Anastasia started.&nbsp;There are 6 stages or phases of Pimn. Beginner, intermediate, Advanced, Pro and Executive Pro Model by year 5. A year for each stage with meeting specific expectations. 6th year is potential for senior Exec Pro Model Manager.&nbsp;New standards for promoting to next phase will be coming soon. The way of a Pimn model. The Anastasia Standard

1.It makes you immediately get noticed over others when you speak in person or by phone, video chat, txt msg or email.&nbsp;2.It makes you look smarter and more professional which makes you look more experienced. &nbsp;Because you are. Because you're doing things, acting in ways, talking, communicating, have manners in ways that the majority of models.... DO NOT HAVE OR ARE MAINTAINED. &nbsp;3.You're considered far more reliable. Spoken highly of after you leave if it's in person. And complimented for it by the better pros that WILL recognize it.&nbsp;4.Doors open more for you.Pros will notice. Forget the pros that don't care about etiquette, they aren't pros. Because they don't care that you're more professional. &nbsp;They apparently were never taught or learned them. Their pro ability is likely experience in years doing whatever they do...whether just hair or just makeup or just photography. &nbsp;DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NAYSAYERS ABOUT ETIQUETTE IMPORTANCE!Trust me, as a 12 yr feature film director, working with over 200 actors and actresses and crew, etiquette meant a LOT. &nbsp;It showed me as a multi feature film director who knew what they were doing and who was reliable and most professional. Who likely went to schooling for acting vs who didn't.&nbsp;5.It sets a better impression for other models. Even if they think you are better, envious, &nbsp;etc, you keep doing you.Don't worry about any negativity of other models or crew type people who bash you for having impeccable etiquette which is higher professionalism. &nbsp;NOBODY in film, fashion or any photo video shoots wants to work with a bad manner, unreliable, lacking communication model that has an I'm better than others, or an I don't care attitude. &nbsp;In the higher paying arena of modeling...it's the fastest way to get rejected, replaced, talked badly about behind your back.So, if that's what you want as a model...ignore Pimn tips on communication and manners. That includes texting, emailing, submissions for auditions and in-person contact with others.&nbsp;Pimn Director&nbsp;

WHY Pimn models have great communication etiquette

Let's talk about your BODY SCULPTURING if interested in gaining views, fans, followers, being NOTICED, you GOT to schedule in a fitness, diet and weight training routine!&nbsp;Pimn models are required to do this weekly and not just once a week but every single day, five days a week.&nbsp;In fact, part of their scoring is showing via video to their trainer, mentor, manager that they are starting their training and when they finished training by submitting a few seconds on video in workout attire WHERE they are working out and what they are working on and for how long. Here's an example of what Pimn models are held accountable to do and submit.&nbsp;Video starts of model at gym in training attire. This can be her arriving or inside the gym or even at home in living room or back yard or out at the park, etc.Showing herself about to train. It only takes a few seconds to submit a fitness start and stop video submission to her trainer, mentor, manager.&nbsp;Model sets phone up, not a selfie, it needs to be hands free, whether she's outside or inside and whether on a tripod or a clamp holder or has a girlfriend hold it for her. Pimn models never do mirror selfie or video self submissions by holding phone at mirror or in hand. It's ALWAYS HANDS FREE. Only amateur models do mirror selfie or selfie type photos or videos. HUGE NO GO IN PIMN. Your score will drop 5 points if ever doing so. Shaky camera? NO. Dogs barking or eating on camera? NO. People talking loudly in background? No. You need a quiet place for your video submissions. A locker room if not interrupted. A gym if not too busy. If busy, find an unbusy location. Inside a car? Not desired for Pimn. You can't add that video admission to a portfolio.&nbsp;Any issues, put it on video and make it an hour per video submission, even if multiple 1 min video clips. If a long one, record it however long you want and upload it as a private link to a YouTube channel and send the link. Private only. Make sure the age restriction is off. Make sure your camera lenses on your cell are always wiped clean before submitting to your trainer anything.&nbsp;This is a sample of what she would say ..."Good day Sir, today is Monday, Dec 16th, 5pm, I'm at the gym now and about to work on upper body with stretching first and then 20 min cardio then the rest upper body Sir. I will inform you when I'm finished. Thank you Sir. Have a great day!"&nbsp;Just ONE quick example of an intro to starting fitness. Every Pimn model works out a minimum of 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Pro level models are required an hour. If you do an hour as a beginner Pimn model, thats totally acceptable.&nbsp;Dont look like you just woke up in your fitness video intro because some of these, we will be adding to a fitness portfolio. If youre a true model and a serious model, youll have a regular workout routine. Period. No exceptions.&nbsp;If you are sick, have an issue, cant submit one for the day, etc, yes, youll submit an apology video for being sick and need to see you at your worst. In bed, sniffling and looking a mess. That shows your trainer, my apologies Sir, im feeling very bad today, coughing, sore throat, achy, etc, "Good day Sir or Ma'am, i am submitting today my video request to skip today's training please. My apologies, I can't do my training today on modeling or fitness. Thank you for understanding. Have a great day Sir."With such, your score is not effected. If you do not submit that, your score drops 5 points.&nbsp;As for when you CAN do your fitness submission videos...( yes, we are using 1st and 3rd person tense )&nbsp;She finishes her workout and if she's working on a fitness portfolio, she'll want to be filming herself training with a tripod. Make sure if you do so...it is not in the way of others getting to machines or equipment to work out or you'll be frowned upon.If you do end up blocking someone's access while filming, be sure that only you are in the image when you edit it together. Nobody should be in the background unless it's blurred. You don't have their permission to add them to your portfolio.&nbsp;When done, you'll set up cell phone again same way, hit record, be upper body only where in first video, you did intro then stepped back to show fitness attire with a very quick front pose, one side pose left and right. Privately is always best. Home or park or locker room when ladies aren't in there. We don't need women changing behind you.&nbsp;SOME, not all... can be used later for a fitness portfolio. You need to make sure as a Pimn model that there is blurred background if possible if others are ever behind you. This might take you altering your settings.&nbsp;At the end of your workout, you'll only need an upper body video submission stating, "Hello Sir or Ma'am, depending if you have a male or female trainer, I'm now finished with my fitness for today and it is 6pm. Thank you for accepting my daily fitness video submission. Have a great day Sir!/Ma'am."That's it. You're done. Each takes no more than about 15 to 30 seconds. These are allowing you to build up content for your fitness training portfolio.&nbsp;When you arrive, try to have your hair halfway decent and possibly up or in a pony tail, have on a different look if possible or mix and match outfits. You can get many mix of looks with only 5 or 10 different outfits that are two piece.Some may be jogging outside at a park. Your safety is important so if jogging at a park or outside anywhere, ALWAYS carry mace and NEVER run or walk or jog with both ear buds in.Working on your fitness level should be a top priority and that means not just yoga or pilates but also weight training. Dieting if you have extra lbs. Your objective as a Pimn model is to get fitness scores that can get you a 100 score consistently.&nbsp;We are not shy to tell a Pimn model you're too thin or you have extra lbs and need to work at either bulking up or losing those lbs. We are not here to worry about your feelings. We are here to help you get to be your BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF.&nbsp;if your trainer recommends something for you...stick to it and focus on those areas you need to improve on. We are not going to sugar coat it for you. We will tell you like it is and we will hold you accountable to get to your fitness goals. If you're an emotional puppie, Pimn may not be for you if you can't handle critique. Pro models must develop thick skin. They can handle critique like a warrior chick and push onward with a smile. I GOT THIS! TYPE ATTITUDE. Vs crying in the locker room or bathroom or car. We are trying to get you thick skinned for a reason ...if you're not already. We are trying to get you self-disciplined if you're not already. We are trying to get you into great habits...if you're not already. We don't care about outside opinions. We don't card about naysayers about Pimns ways or standards. If a model can't follow our standards without excuse...she likely doesn't have what it takes to be a top model.&nbsp;You know what doesn't help? Those girlfriends that are saying, oh honey, you look already great, you don't need to lose any weight or gain anymore muscle, your breast's aren't too big or too small, your waist looks just fine, stop listening to what others say.They may not even want you truly to surpass them or look better. So stop believing the feel good messages for you to not bother, not focus on being your best version of you.&nbsp;Yes, Pimn is brutally honest and will say it like they see it. But it's not meant to be taken personally. It's meant to HELP YOU BE YOUR BEST IMAGE OF SELF.&nbsp;Your girlfriend is not your trainer, not your mentor, not your manager. Tell her if she's telling you things opposite of what Pimn tells you to shut up girlfriend, go do your thing. That's from my manager.&nbsp;You need to listen to your trainer, mentor, manager and for her to go do her thing and you'll do what your trainer says. If she's not supportive. Do not believe her, "oh honey, oh baby, you look already hot, don't let anyone tell you you need this or that." We aren't here to help appease your girlfriend's mindset that doesn't think Pimn is good for you. Or is too strict, too much, too hard, too pushy, etc. That's her path if so, you do yours.Because, even if you are already hot, you'll still be in the gym submitting progress of workouts to your trainer, mentor, manager.&nbsp;Often ladies have girlfriends that secretly get jealous and will feed you the lies or the opposite of what you need to really work on.&nbsp;We aren't your girlfriend, we are here to help you without jealousy or envy or insecurities your girlfriends might have of you as they see your body changing.&nbsp;Do what you're giving direction to do and follow it weekly. Keep an account of it in a pimn journal that you should have the moment you are accepted.&nbsp;Each page front and back is for each day for things to do and notes. If you don't fill up both pages, that's fine. If you need more pages, that's fine. You may add separators for week to week or month to month. Do not leave your journal anywhere.Treat it as closely guarded as your cell phone or wallet and carry if everywhere. This is your transformation journal on what you are working on. Lose a journal and report it to your trainer because that does effect your score for the month.Don't lose your journal. Do not leave it behind at a coffee shop or in a Uber drivers car or at work or gym. Keep eyes on it. It is meant for changes in measurements and other areas you're training in. Model etiquette in posting, self-image online and in person is important by Pimn standards.What others don't care about...is up to them. What we instill is the very best professional self-image, online and in person.&nbsp;To do this, it takes evaluating and observing your own actions and being aware of what is not good to public eyes.&nbsp;WHAT PIMN MODELS FOLLOW&nbsp;●1.Don't mix personal images within a professional portfolio. You may mix pro images within a personal page. But not the other way around.&nbsp;●2.Don't post randomly your family or dog, cat, horse, vacations within a channel or page or site that is meant to present your pro images.●3.Don't take phone up in hand selfie and especially don't have these in any portfolio or covering your face and only showing body. It projects you're trying to hide.&nbsp;●4.Don't slouch in chairs. Sit up straight on couches, while standing, stand up straight. Be aware of your posture. ESPECIALLY in photos.●5.Dont open your mouth as you chew anything. Gum or food. Chew with mouth shut and don't have napkin on table as you eat, it's on your lap.Wipe mouth after eating or if greasy foods, before taking a drink off glass or you'll look as if you're messy.&nbsp;●6.Don't have guy nails, guy hands. Pro models have long, manicured nailed that are clean. The paint on nails should match your lipstick unless French manicured.●7.When walking, whether modeling or not, work on walking one foot in front of the other until it's a habit. Make it become your way to walk at all times, not just when modeling.&nbsp;●8.Dont curse around other people. Friends, family, other models, public. Etc. Pimn models are professional and act like women, not like construction workers or sailors.Cursing in public or social media is actually a masculine trait. Keep it off your social media. If you can't, you don't care what it takes to be a pro model. Accidents happen.We aren't talking about a broken nail quick curse. It's the habit of doing it online or in person that will or can offend and make you look bad. If you don't care...you don't have what it takes to be a Pimn pro model.●9.Dont yell at others in public or argue or curse them in a verbal disagreement. More again of a masculine straight. Our focus isn't to work with any masculine female models.&nbsp;●10.Shave all. Make it a habit If it's not already. To not shave is another masculine trait. Are you a man or a woman? We train only women, so if a Pimn model needs to model a bikini or lingerie after business attire, she isn't embarrassed by not having shaved. Bikini area included. Legs included, under arms included. Any slight mustache included.&nbsp;●11.Dont talk over others. Let them finish what they are saying. If you accidentally interrupt them, say excuse me Sir, go ahead. Or excuse ma'am, go ahead. And then stop until they finish. If they are your age, Excuse me Jane or John, go ahead. You first. Smile. Being polite and respectful sets impressions for you to be noticed more for being wanted more as a model.&nbsp;●12.Never be late. If others are, let them be but worry about only yourself being early at least by 10 minutes ready early. As other untrained models are running behind on a shoot, causing others to wait.Some I've heard, I don't care, let them wait. I was like, excuse me? No, I don't think so. Stop being rude and hurry it up. You got 1 minute. Or I'm rescheduling this shoot and replacing you. Your choice! Bad attitude and arrogance is not pro modeling. Be respectful of others time they give you.&nbsp;So always always always, provide yourself with extra time than normal to be ready.&nbsp;●13.Submit your content on time. Not 15min late, not an hour, not 4 hrs or more. If it's more than 5min submitted late, pick it up, start doing things faster or starting sooner.&nbsp;●14.Ive already covered using Sir and Ma'am. That means adding these, depending who you are talking to... at the beginning and or end of your statement, answer or question or at beginning AND end. If you truly want to set a GREAT impression, you'll add it like....Sir, what time do want me to break on my modeling to change please? &lt;--- adding such extra polite words or please Sir? Please Ma'am.&nbsp;By showing extra effort in your manners and politeness, you're showing an extra effort of respect to those whom are over you. Training you, mentoring you, managing you, shooting for you, assisting you in makeup, hair, wardrobe, etc.Trust me when I say that others see that manners is you showing respectful appreciation to them for their help.&nbsp;Not nah, whatever ok yeah, huh, duh, bro, dude, yo, hey you, what's up, etc all slang is disrespect and comes off as rude. Nope. Maybe. Idk or I gotchya, etc. Keep away from slang words.&nbsp;●15.If you get a msg or call from a senior person, your schedule doesn't matter unless you submitted a request for a break. Even if you are on vacation.&nbsp;If you don't want a model manager to contact you about potential offers once trained, submit a video request. But pimn model schedules are not more important than your model trainer, mentor, manager.If they msg you, answer them as if a boss on a job. Do not delay unless you inform them you are very sorry Sir or Ma'am, you're unable to answer right now. I'll get back to your left msg soon as possible.You may explain why if you wish but not obligated to. They are dedicated to helping you. Value THEIR TIME as much as you value your own time.●16.To not submit a video request for a break and explain for how long, start and stop times, you're not showing respect or value to their time.Models are not over trainers, mentors, manager's. Or you'll quickly be told what your issue is and they will cease caring to help you.&nbsp;Rudeness and disrespectful attitudes are not professional and not acceptable in Pimn. If that's too strict for you as a model, Pimn pro International Modeling Network is NOT for you.●17.Do not belch in public or release other than acceptable sounds audibly and if slipped up, excuse yourself.Using a napkin to cover mouth and doing so silently and release a loud belch and going back to chewing gum, smacking it while on your phone cursing about your x to another model.Extremely masculine actions. Yet, Pimn has witnessed this very thing with some models. Absolutely, no manners. Loud, rude, obnoxious. Laughably almost. Yet not. If in a business setting, it definitely is not laughable. Sets a very bad impression to everyone around her. Especially, those pros she works for if on a paid, extra shoot.&nbsp;In Pimn, outside paid offers to model are not even needed if you're doing great training, scoring well, doing video reviews, promoting and getting other women interested enough to enroll so you can sponsor them!&nbsp;●18.Dont ever ask to leave a shoot early, that you have somewhere to go. Or that you need to leave early to pick up your doggie or cat at grandma's. Saying, you need to leave early as possible.&nbsp;No. No. No. This shows them that this shoot isn't really that important to you. You just want to do minimal work and get home soon as possible!&nbsp;Arrive early, stay latest if a Pimn model and never complain about anyone after the shoot except to your manager. Especially on line where rumors can spread. Especially over something that can be resolved. Don't go venting it to the world. That's immature. Not professional modeling.&nbsp;Don't vent any frustrations to family, girlfriends or other models, other pros. No gossiping of others that upset you. Take it to your Pimn trainer, mentor, manager. Only. If a Pimn model. Never complain at the shoot. If anything, talk it out with only your model mentor, manager.&nbsp;But you don't have one? That's because you're likely not in Pimn.&nbsp;Never post on public media venting about this or that jerk of a photograoher kept telling me to do this or do that.It's for your manager to take it up with the shoot manager for them to address the other bad acting person. If they don't fox it, that Pimn model will not return. Period.&nbsp;●19.Be prepared for critique and do not take critique personally. Either fix it or it will continue. Going public for modeling critique is amateur and not pro level. More coming. &nbsp;Learn to read more. Many models Pimn Director has met, not all, but too many.... couldn't read past a 5th grade level focus. Sounds mean? Maybe so. But that's not the intention. It's simply a fact of the majority. Pimn models READ. STUDY. LEARN. DIGEST INFO. RETAIN IT. TAKE NOTES. APPLY IT. ARE SMART. The smartest, best models Pimn has trained were GREAT readers!&nbsp;The quickest out the door? ...If more than a paragraph, they didn't want to read it and without that focus, what model can learn anything? Model trainer told...that's just too much to read! I don't want to read all this. She obviously ( without mention of names ) was not a serious model.&nbsp;If you struggle focusing, read a bit every few minutes... going back to it. Train yourself to read more, focus more, retain more. You CAN do it....if you train yourself how to do it. It's vital In Pimn modeling.&nbsp;That last tip isn't quite etiquette but...in a way, it could be considered as such if you're being asked to read any documents. The amateur will later say, sorry, I was busy, didn't get to it yet. Don't do that.Read it soon as possible and all of it, digest it and retain it and apply it to answer it. Do not give an impression you have an elementary grade reading comprehension level. We have dropped models that were 10s that gave poor excuses to not want to read much. This projects laziness.&nbsp;That's not the type of model Pimn pro models are. It's either yes or no. Stop listening to others who never did what you're asking advice on.&nbsp;Not every agency you are paying is out for your own good.Remember, even as a model, you're an expected or current customer they don't want to lose to better offers. Or your $$$.If you're already an industry model, be prepared for backlash if you claim you're not signing on with them.&nbsp;Be prepared for them to do EVERYTHING possible to convince you if you're already skilled.If new, they may simply wish you the best. Not all agencies will give you the same answer.Not all friends or family will support you or encourage you. &nbsp;Friends aren't always in the know of what's best for you.Even best friends can be secretly envious of you being more attractive and modeling and feed you bits of negative bites to discourage you.Be mature enough of a model to decide for yourself... if modeling is your dream.&nbsp;Don't ask non-industry people for advice on industry services or products or pathways for you.&nbsp;Don't assume everything is a scam that you haven't yet asked for a review from!&nbsp;Don't assume those you pay long term are anxious for you to take another path.Don't assume all whom you work with that have great skills will agree with Pimn's standards or methods. There are 50/50 chance they will.&nbsp;Never make a life choice path decision based off the decisions of others.Some might never want to see you succeed as a model. Even family, Friends, co-workers.&nbsp;Having the wrong influences can crumble a dream simply because you took and agreed with someone else's decision you should take.&nbsp;This is why we prefer single and independent models over married, in relationship models.They are often too heavily influenced in negative ways by jealous males.Some have been pulled out of a year of work because they loved what they did so much, they didn't balance their modeling and life or family.Don't let that happen to you. Some models have cried for days.&nbsp;In some rare cases, Pimn has encountered models that had very supportive boyfriends or husband's.&nbsp;Don't allow negative words from others whom are quick to jump to conclusions about your path.&nbsp;We have seen and heard too many models tell us so n so said this isn't a legit academy. So n so said I should just sign on with a well known modeling agency which, Pimn is not yet.All agencies had to start somewhere. And our models from zero experience to national cover models have enjoyed and raved about Pimn.&nbsp;Only naive models go strictly off what friends tell them to choose or what's legit vs what isn't.&nbsp;If any business offers you FREE options indefinitely with offering to help you progress, that business is genuinely out to help you.&nbsp;Yes, you have an indefinite FREE option with Pimn. It is limited on what we can do to help you with. Because time is money.Our time is valuable as yours is. You do like to be paid for your time, right? Yet, they may tell you, I've been modeling 15 yrs and I've never heard of such a thing.&nbsp;Are you aware that every culture of modeling varies in levels of respect, courteousy, politeness? Yes, this is a fact.There is no across the board way. However, what Pimn has noticed in working and training and helping various culture models is one sure thing...Depending which country or culture they come from can have a HUGE impact on what they are use to.&nbsp;For example, most European and Middle Eastern models are far easier to train than American women have been.Why are they more open minded to follow direction than American women?&nbsp;THE CULTURE THEY GREW UP IN.Yet, why are Middle Eastern models the fastest to understand and accept the etiquette standards?&nbsp;THE DIFFERENCE IN CULTURES.Why have we experienced more resistance from UK models to accept our standards of respectfulness vs say German or Poland or African models?&nbsp;THE CULTURAL DIFFERENCES WOMEN HAVE BEEN RAISED UP IN.This is not with all models, don't get it wrong. We have had EXCELLENT UK models and very lacking to understand Middle Eastern models.&nbsp;As well, some very Excellent American models yet, some hard to comprehend our standards European models.&nbsp;What's the point?&nbsp;To keep in mind if you take any advice from others that &nbsp;question our standards on communication or performance, etc,TO KEEP IN MIND THE CULTURAL EFFECTS OF THOSE YOU KNOW OR WHO YOU MAY HAVE SPOKEN TO OR EVER RECRUIT IN THE FUTURE.&nbsp;2nd pointOur standards are NOT based off what anyone else thinks. Or claims what is considered as Professional or over the top.&nbsp;We have models that have trained a year to two years that have received multiple compliments.THAT'S OUR FINAL POINT OF THIS POST.&nbsp;Ultimately, we do not have time to train any model that can't bend, value, comply or understand if they join, they follow what is requested.&nbsp;If you're unsure if you can qualify, due to certain tats or piercings for example, submit it in an introduction video only, before being asked to audition and explain yourself clearly what you are requesting.We will review &amp; consider. If it's a minor alteration or issue. Do not put it in written word format. Or it gets rejected.&nbsp;Pimn models can agree &nbsp;without constant correction.Otherwise, you'll only be wasting your time and ours.If it proves to not be for you, quit. This one standard has changed.&nbsp;IT MUST BE ON VIDEO AND WITH PROPER COMMUNICATION ETIQUETTE APPLIED. YOU HAVE ONE SHOT, SO MAKE IT CONVINCING.&nbsp;Convenience.You get to model at home, on your own schedule while working for an agency, you often don't.&nbsp;Flexibility.You don't have the flexibility within a modeling agency ad you do with Pimn.Earnings.You have a higher earning potential in Pimn than with a modeling agency if you prove to be a great model &amp; your video reviews can bring in sponsored models to earn $50 per paid membership, up to $250 per paid membership and that is MONTHLY STACKABLE, PASSIVE INCOME.&nbsp;A 6 figure income potential.&nbsp;An ability to earn up to 25k a month where typically even top models with modeling agencies don't have this potential!
